EP 10: Nate Wadley, CSCS, SCCC

In this episode, Zach and Colton sit down and talk with Nate Wadley, CSCS, SCCC. In the episode, we talk about what it truly looks like to be a S&C coach, and all of the hills and valleys that come with the job. Nate is the Director of Sports Performance at OPS and is the current head strength and conditioning coach at a NAIA powerhouse school, Grace College. Nate has worked with multiple D1 college programs, and has trained athletes of all ages.
