5. Formula of the Month: Liquid Matte Lipstick 

In this series we will show a formula developed by Kobo’s application labs, discuss the ingredients used and give some tips to help you create amazing products. To celebrate the holiday season, December's formula is a liquid matte lipstick in an intense, festive, red shade.
