Plus as usual J.D discusses some "trending topics" from around the world of sports that caught his attention on social media.

He has been covering sports online since 2015 as a journalist and podcaster, but his journey into the sports world started long ago. He grew up in a family where sports were the focus of life. From the age of 5 he can't remember anything other than family being more important than sports whether it was playing, watching, or talking about them sports were everything.

He may never have been an elite athlete, but he's played five different sports competitively, and growing up with a grandfather who helped scout for the SF Giants taught him the hard work it takes to be an athlete at the highest level.
