Holly Lamb (00:00.824) Hello and welcome to this week's episode of the No Fucks Given podcast with me, host Holly Lamb. This week I am joined again by Alia, who is a mindset coach and menstrual cycle mentor. And this week's episode, we are discussing the inner summer. So welcome Alia to inner summer. Alyah (00:21.688) Hello, welcome once again. Holly Lamb (00:24.144) We're back, we're back. And we were just talking about what day we were on actually before we started recording and we're basically within a day of each other. So I'm day nine and Aliya day 10. So although we're not quite in inner summer, we are feeling those rise in energies, which is nice. What does inner summer mean to you? How do you navigate it? Alyah (00:25.976) We are back. Alyah (00:43.416) Mm-hmm. Alyah (00:51.284) flash in a pan. In a nutshell, I find it quick. I find it's like, by the time I've realised that it's here, it's already like on its way out. It's one of those ones, I already am feeling kind of in my inner summer energies already. I know that I'm supposed to be now in a springtime feeling, but I think the older that I've gotten and the more that my kind of estrogen levels are different. Holly Lamb (00:55.472) huh. Holly Lamb (01:01.776) Mm-hmm. Alyah (01:19.498) I can feel that in my body. I just turned 39 yesterday because we are birthday twins as well as friends, you and I. I can feel like a difference. So I feel this like short, sharp burst of energy. And actually I came into cycle awareness a few years ago when I think I was already experiencing that anyway. There was already like a kind of maybe a dip in that, which made it kind of harder to pinpoint. Holly Lamb (01:19.994) I know. Holly Lamb (01:27.392) Yay! Alyah (01:49.624) When I think about it when I was younger, I think that my inner summer was really just really sexy for like two weeks out of the month. Now I'm not sure if I feel sexy for two weeks out of the month. Holly Lamb (01:59.888) Mm. Hahaha Alyah (02:05.368) But there's definitely, now it's like, I have four days where I'm like, wow, like, you're the shit. Holly Lamb (02:09.424) Hmm. Yeah. Yeah, it's a good feeling. It's nice. Mm hmm. Yeah, exactly. Alyah (02:12.3) Yeah, that's one aspect. It is nice, I can catch a glimpse of myself and I think, mmm, yummy, yeah. Holly Lamb (02:22.192) Mm-hmm, yeah. Yeah, it's similar to you with mine. Although I think I do feel those sexy energies for a little bit longer, but I always start to feel them at the start of spring and then they just kind of stay the same. And then obviously when I'm peaking in the summer and ovulation, then it kind of, yeah, ramps up for a few days. Because obviously your body wants to get pregnant. Alyah (02:32.172) Mm. Alyah (02:43.256) Mm-hmm. Yeah. Holly Lamb (02:47.716) But yeah, whereas maybe when you're younger, you may feel those energies more throughout the whole of your cycle. I think definitely as you get older, and especially as you head towards 40, you'll definitely notice the peaks and troughs more so, I would say. Because yeah, in my 20s, it was just like, woo, yeah, let's go all the time. But now it's like, no, no, no, no, no, no. Alyah (03:01.57) Yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Alyah (03:08.686) You know? I got a window, bro. that's... I think... Yeah, let's pencil it in. Yeah, should we go to bed early tonight? Holly Lamb (03:13.346) the window. Holly Lamb (03:17.215) Pencils don't thin in. Alyah (03:27.918) Day 14, bang on. Yeah, we'll yeah, we won't bother with Netflix tonight, shall we? But look, it's easier, like you said, it's easier to track, perhaps, when you're feeling like that. One, because if you're practicing cycle awareness, the two points of your cycle are so much easier to identify. So that point being menstruation and ovulation, because one signifies... Holly Lamb (03:33.913) No. Alyah (03:54.784) the lowest kind of dip in energy and a return home to yourself, which obviously is menstruation. And then the kind of polar opposite of that, if you even think about it like a circle and you're thinking, what's at the other side of that? What's exactly the opposite end of that? Is that ovulation where the energies are really external. And it's really about how you're interacting with the outside world. You just got more capacity. know, estrogen by... Holly Lamb (04:18.234) Mm-hmm. Alyah (04:22.029) I to say by definition, but definitely one of the things that it does by its makeup is connects you, right? It's a hormone that dominates your body when your body wants to receive, right, and get pregnant. So what does that look like? What does that manifest itself in in your physical day-to-day is you being more social, obviously, having more capacity for people and for social engagements. Holly Lamb (04:50.852) Mm-hmm. Alyah (04:51.106) but also in diplomacy, right? Because you want to be pleasant and your body that is designed for you to be receiving as much as possible. And when you're in kind of receiving reciprocity mode, you're palatable, you're polite, you've got more capacity for different things. Whereas something might piss you off on day 27, 26, 24, 21. Holly Lamb (04:54.35) Yeah. Alyah (05:19.918) On day 12, 13, 14, 15, you can just fly through that shit. You know, I always joke that if they want, my friends want a babysitter, talk to me from days 12 to 15, and I will babysit all the children, nothing will irritate me, they can make a mess in my house, I don't have a problem, because I've just got way more patience and just more capacity for everything. Holly Lamb (05:24.464) Mmm. Holly Lamb (05:38.085) Mm-hmm. Holly Lamb (05:44.976) Mm-hmm. Yeah, that's so true. Because if someone comes to me in autumn and says something that pisses me off, then they'll just get told. Whereas in summer and in spring as well, but yeah, definitely in summer, is that diplomacy that it's so right. You are able to just take things that maybe would rile you up at another point in your cycle and just go, it's okay. It's okay. Just wash over it. Not been... Alyah (05:53.806) Mm-hmm. Alyah (06:02.242) Mm-hmm. Alyah (06:08.163) Mm-hmm. Holly Lamb (06:13.634) Not saying that you're a pushover or that you're going to take things that you shouldn't, like you should always stand up for yourself, but it's been able to maybe come at it from a different angle, from a different perspective than, especially in autumn for me, like lose shit and get both barrels. 100%. Alyah (06:15.81) Mm-hmm. Alyah (06:29.654) Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah. I mean, I think exactly, exactly like an inner autumn, like some, part of you that doesn't want to be messed with. But again, even an inner autumn has that side that where you, you can mess with us and you're going to get a very different angle coming at you. And it's the same thing with, with inner summer, for example, things can come, come up and it's still very much you, but your filter changes slightly. Your filter isn't about, isn't an internally focused filter. Holly Lamb (06:46.928) Mm. Holly Lamb (06:53.136) Mm-hmm. Alyah (07:01.408) it's externally focused. So you can hold more capacity, at least in my experience, throughout my years of practicing cycle awareness, it's more like a reflection of them. I don't necessarily take it and hold the mirror up to myself as I would, for example, in inner autumn where my inner critic maybe is a little bit louder perhaps, or she's got more to say. In my inner summer, I'm able to kind of, the same way that if we think about summer and we think about the sun shining, when you glint a mirror, Holly Lamb (07:20.002) Mm-hmm. Alyah (07:29.39) in the sunshine, it kind of reflects back, right? I feel sometimes I have a capacity to do that with external situations when I'm in my inner summer. Holly Lamb (07:32.56) you Holly Lamb (07:38.384) Yeah, I love that analogy. Yeah. That's so beautiful. Alyah (07:40.002) You know, I'm able to reflect the back out. Yeah. Right, so I can radiate a back out with the same amount of light and goodness and not necessarily like take it and kind of like want to sift through it and see what kind of self development that I can extract from it like I would in maybe the latter part of my cycle. Holly Lamb (08:00.016) Yeah, that's so true. And I definitely feel, cause I'm on day nine today, so still spring, but I definitely feel when I'm in this phase and heading into summer that I do find myself just smiling more and just radiating that out. And I was having a conversation with my husband saying, sometimes all it takes to turn someone's day around is for you to smile at them and their day gets better because you're showing your light. to them. And so I love that mirror analogy and how you can use that through your life and hopefully use it at different points in your cycle, but really harness that summer energy and put out what you feel into the world because that's how you can just improve somebody's day just by doing that. That's so lovely. Alyah (08:29.535) Mm-hmm. you Alyah (08:38.222) Mm-hmm. Alyah (08:44.482) Mm-hmm. Alyah (08:50.414) Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah, it's lovely. It's a lovely little way to look at it. And those are, I mean, it's very timely that we have this conversation while we're both, you're on day nine, I'm on day 10. I definitely feel like day 10, day 11, day 12 sometimes for me are my crossovers into more summer energy. I can feel myself sort of in a bit of a planning section. Like I've got an event on Wednesday. Holly Lamb (09:01.584) Hmm. Alyah (09:19.618) And like yesterday, one of the things I just had to do before we went out to celebrate my birthday was I had to sort all these papers and stuff, right? Because I feel like I'm writing that last bit of Inner Spring before I fully transition into the summer. And I know personally for myself, even though I've read a lot of literature that contradicts sort of menstruality literature, that know, is a, or inner summer is a great time for expansion and for being seen and... Holly Lamb (09:33.776) Mm-hmm. Alyah (09:49.262) that you're very articulate because as well your hormones are in the space where you're just very, you're very switched on, right? I don't feel that necessarily. I find it very difficult to focus on anything but play during my inner summer. I don't feel that I'm wired to be like having great big meetings at work when I used to have a corporate job. I used to read that like, this is a great time to like, you know, do presentations and have... Holly Lamb (09:55.534) Hmm. Holly Lamb (10:03.022) Mm-hmm. Alyah (10:19.042) that conversation with your boss and I would find like, this is not working for me. One of my biggest lessons through menstrual cycle awareness was looking at the inner summer through my own lens and not through the lens of the literature that I had read. Because I felt that that was very atypical and it threw me off because I wanted so much to enjoy this inner summer and Holly Lamb (10:25.389) Mm-hmm. Holly Lamb (10:44.176) Mm-hmm. Alyah (10:45.61) I found myself very frustrated because I was applying what they said I should be doing in all these books and these podcasts that I was listening to in this post after post on Instagram from all these like menstrual goddesses that were telling me, yeah, you should, you know, make plans and see your friends and blah, blah. When really all I wanted to do was get like 17 million workouts in because I was like, I'm on one. Let me get down the gym again today for the second time. Holly Lamb (11:09.498) You Alyah (11:16.886) you know, just play. want, could say yes to several things in terms of like social events, but I couldn't really commit to anything work wise or anything that required like extended periods of focus. And I found that very difficult to align what I had read with how I was feeling. And it took a more personalized approach to really tapping into myself and my cycle to realize that Holly Lamb (11:27.92) Mmm. Alyah (11:45.23) That doesn't work for me. And I even ended up making a post about it on Instagram and saying who else feels like this? You know, be careful of what you read because it doesn't always have to apply to you. And the amount of girls wrote back to me saying I can't concentrate at all in my inner summer. I focus. Holly Lamb (11:52.287) Mm-mm. Holly Lamb (12:04.25) That's interesting. Yeah, cause we do have like, we say the archetypal cycle, but it is gonna look different. It is gonna look different for everyone. And I know what you mean about not being able to concentrate cause you're in this kind of like, I feel like I can get a lot done in a short space of time, but I couldn't sit for like hours and hours and hours and do loads and loads and loads of work. And I prefer like having conversations with people. I prefer that was I get into my inner winter because I'm more connected to self. So then I want those deeper, more, well, any kind of conversation. I feel like I am more articulate then. Even now I can feel myself like, whereas, yeah, whereas when we had the conversation last week about inner winter, I was like, I'm so articulate. And today I'm like, Alyah (12:49.592) Same, same. Holly Lamb (13:02.146) Yeah, I can feel it. So it's, it's, it is true. And yeah, you, you do need to be mindful about, obviously you need to read and you need to learn and you need to understand, but then you also need to apply it to your cycle, your body, your life, your season, your age. And it is completely personal. And that's why you can read everything and you can understand it on a intellectual level, but until you're actually living it and feeling it in your body, could look Alyah (13:21.987) Thank you. Holly Lamb (13:31.578) completely different to even what we talk about in this like four episodes. Alyah (13:33.454) . Absolutely, absolutely. And again, that would be something that I wish someone had told me at the very beginning, like read what you like and then interpret it based on your feelings and your sensations because you are your own expert, right? You're the expert on your body. You're the expert on your cycle. No one else can step in and do that for you. it really takes, mental cycle awareness isn't there to replace the knowledge that you have about yourself. Holly Lamb (13:39.301) and Holly Lamb (13:46.618) Mm. Holly Lamb (13:51.951) Mm-hmm. Holly Lamb (14:01.082) Mm-hmm. Alyah (14:05.74) It's there to enhance and turn up the volume on your own body and mental and womb literacy. That's all, right? It's there to enhance the relationship and the connection you already have. And for the inner summer, think sometimes it's even, it's a tricky one because again, it goes fast. Even in your twenties, right? I mean, it's kind of, it's a bit more perhaps in my experience, a little bit more black and white. Like I have my period and then I have... Holly Lamb (14:17.648) Mm-hmm. Holly Lamb (14:32.005) Yeah. Alyah (14:34.784) external time, right? I have internal time when I'm bleeding and then I have sort of an external world approach. And then as you get older or maybe as you start practicing cycle awareness, you realize that summers are designed to be short and sharp because I biologically, we can't just be going around being ready to be impregnated, you know, three weeks out of the month is impossible. So thank God for the divine that said, okay, you know what, just four days out of the month, that's enough. Holly Lamb (14:55.152) You Thank you. Alyah (15:03.502) The men have to work, they have stuff to do, you know? And so it's designed to be short and sharp because we also are not supposed to output at 100 % 100 % of the time. Holly Lamb (15:15.568) Yeah, exactly. And again, this is contradictory to the society that we live in where it's productive, productive. You must be productive all of the time and there is a time and a place for that. But yeah, if you were in this summer energy, like all the time, you would just burn out. You would burn out so fast and you wouldn't enjoy the introspection times. Alyah (15:34.2) Mm-hmm. Alyah (15:39.041) Over. Over. Holly Lamb (15:41.174) you need to be mindful of how you can protect your energy and especially protect it from over committing. Because like you said, you'll do all the stuff in summer and you'll be like, yeah, let's do this next week. Let's do this next week. And then by the time it's next week, it's in autumn and you're like, fuck, I've just committed to all these different things. So that's also something that you need to, as you practice cycle awareness more and understand your body, realize that Alyah (16:00.696) Yep. Holly Lamb (16:09.326) You need to commit to things within a couple of days, that's okay, but don't be committing to three, four, five things for the previous week when you're going to be in a completely different energy. Alyah (16:17.048) Right, right. I 100 % agree with you. And I'm guilty of that more often than not, honestly, because I just overestimate myself and I feel so good. And I think, this is great, especially as I've only started really accepting my inner summer really and kind of loving it for what it is. Only in the last couple of years, really. Like I'm a self-confessed, self-development girly. I love the introspection of my... Holly Lamb (16:20.815) Hmm. Holly Lamb (16:31.78) you Alyah (16:46.71) my winter and autumn and I can quite happily, you know, muddle around there for ages, kind of potter about in that energy for a long time. And when I started to accept and really kind of like live through this inner summer, I found myself wanting to see if I could extend that, which then led to another layer of MCA of just scaling back of, okay, what is it that I truly desire in this time for myself? Because Holly Lamb (16:53.648) Hmm. Alyah (17:13.718) Again, it's a season and it too will pass. It will be replaced by everything else and that will be replaced by everything else and so on and so forth and so goes the cycle forever and ever amen, right? But now I prioritize play in this time. If I have a travel schedule coming up, I will try to look and I want to travel on the days that I'm ovulating. Holly Lamb (17:25.328) Mm-hmm. Holly Lamb (17:32.154) Mm-hmm. Holly Lamb (17:40.101) Yeah. Alyah (17:40.77) because I'm okay to deal with late departures or waiting a long time for a bus. I'm gonna chat to the person next to me or whatever it is. I do try to, one of the ways that I try to get the most out of it, let's say, or to optimize the sensations of winter summer is around my travel plans. I also, I organize retreats, as you know, and I actually never ever want to host a retreat while I'm ovulating because I get very bad at organization. Holly Lamb (17:48.112) You Holly Lamb (18:02.458) Mm-hmm. Alyah (18:09.08) I like to hold space when I'm in my luteal phase. So I like to travel and get there, do all my prep while I'm in my ovulation phase, and then hold space for the retreat while I'm in my luteal phase. Because I just feel like, okay, that's when I'm really present. But inner summer took me a lot more to accept and love and enjoy it than any of the other phases. I suppose because it doesn't come with Holly Lamb (18:09.217) Mmm. Holly Lamb (18:17.967) Mm-hmm. Holly Lamb (18:24.44) Yeah. Yeah. Holly Lamb (18:34.768) Mm-hmm. Alyah (18:38.87) such noticeable physical manifestations. Holly Lamb (18:43.278) Yeah, yeah, is more your, it is an outward energy, isn't it? It's more you're putting yourself out there as it were. But I like your way of thinking about it with play. And it's funny that you say that because you've been watching Christmas films, of course. And do you know what? All the messages about believing in Christmas are coming back to your inner child and just been playful. And that, I literally said that to my husband the other day and I was like, Alyah (18:44.494) You know. Good night. Holly Lamb (19:11.554) It was on Saturday and I was like, all these Christmas films are about just going back to your inner child and just having fun. And that's what the inner summer energy can be about. And I was like, it's so weird that you said that. Well, there's no such thing as coincidences, are there? But yeah, and bringing that playfulness back into our lives, especially as we get older and especially maybe as you start transitioning into the menopause kind of age. Alyah (19:19.342) Okay. Alyah (19:23.981) this. Alyah (19:27.8) Yeah. Holly Lamb (19:40.026) where things can get a bit shitty, bringing it back to fun and playfulness and just bringing out that inner child. I think that's a fabulous way of looking at it. Alyah (19:52.186) Mmm, I agree with you. I think that's very beautiful. There's a chance to connect to the inner child. Mmm. Yeah. Yeah. Holly Lamb (19:58.692) Yeah, because we do, just, work gets in the way or especially Christmas, I stress like, got to get this, I've got to get this sort of, got to buy this present, got to buy this food and it's like, it's supposed to be about spending time with family and it gets all over run with, well, consumerism and stuff, but that's a different subject. Well, I've completely forgotten where I was going now with, oh, for the tangent. Alyah (20:13.28) heard. Alyah (20:18.99) That's another story. Alyah (20:26.54) Inner child, see that's the energy of spring and summer. I just like, da da da, can't focus, this is shiny, let me go over here, this is great. But again, bringing that back to the inner child, it is a beautiful way to look at the inner summer. Because in summer, if you think about it, why do we divide it into seasons? Okay, first of all, we don't necessarily divide it. This isn't one rule that everybody that follows menstrual cycle awareness does. It's that, Holly Lamb (20:29.838) Yeah. Yeah. Yes! Holly Lamb (20:39.888) Mm-hmm. Alyah (20:54.56) your cycle reflects what's already happening inside the great mother, inside the great womb, is Mother Earth and the earth on which we live and their seasons are reflected within us the same way as what we experience in our year, right? And so much like summer, when you think about summer, what is it that comes to mind? Being outside, spending time enjoying yourself, perhaps you have time off work. Holly Lamb (21:00.24) Mm-hmm. Alyah (21:24.448) you're enjoying the sunshine, you're playing, right? And that is reflected within us as well in terms of our energies. And so using that time and leaning into it, understanding that it is your birthright to play at this time can support you to ease yourself of some guilt of I'm not doing, right? I'm not producing because P.S. your body's producing, you know? Holly Lamb (21:28.624) you Alyah (21:53.314) Your body is. Now your body's asking you to reflect that in what it is that you're doing. And for some women that might look like creative juices, right? I find that mine come later, okay? I find that my creativity comes in my harvest season when I've kind of had time to digest and I will produce and gather and collect in my autumn, right? That's for me my harvest season is when I do my best work. But for other women, it can be the other way around. It can be that... Holly Lamb (22:00.464) Mm. Alyah (22:21.12) As my body is creating life, as it is doing, right, it's in the peak moment of creation, so too comes forth my creative contributions, let's call them, right? That could be your art or your work or anything really, your connections, your communication with your family, your loved ones, your lover, that can pour forth from you in your inner summer. And if that resonates with you, then well, my love, that's yours. Holly Lamb (22:51.216) Hmm. Yeah. Yeah. And that's what it comes down to. It's listening to your body, what it looks like for you and not been caught up in what you think it should look like. Like you said, reading the things about how you should be feeling and what you could be doing in this time when actually it looks different for you. So what would, I mean, what would you say to someone, to a woman who maybe feels this kind of way that we're talking about, how we feel in summer. Alyah (23:55.31) How would I tell her? I would first... Alyah (24:01.174) Hmm, that's a really good question. I think first I would really ask her to connect with herself. You know, if we take a moment just to visualize your womb space inside your mind, okay? Just take a moment to kind of sink into that womb space and just visualize it in your mind, right? And your womb space can take many different forms, many different shapes. But if you imagine that we have like four rooms where your energies sit throughout the month. And just to direct your energy to the inner summer, sit with that for a moment and ask yourself, what do I need here? Because this is a practice that I have to do with myself. Because if not, I will get caught up so much in the external. And usually the message is very clear. Usually if I do that, it's a very quick, sharp, short message. Because it's like, get out, get out, get out of here. What are you doing? Get outside. And so the lesson in that usually is kind of like play, because I'm not gonna be around for very long. Holly Lamb (25:09.328) Mm-hmm. Yeah. Alyah (25:10.542) So enjoy yourself because these energies will wane. So what I would offer to a woman that was thinking, how can I connect more to my inner summer? Just have a check in with yourself. What do I need today? And the answer will come. And more likely than not, it will be, know, come back when the streetlights turn on. Go away, get outside. Go and get some exercise. Go and get some fresh air. I'll see you later. Because it will not last. Holly Lamb (25:13.988) Yeah. Holly Lamb (25:23.312) you Holly Lamb (25:35.972) Yeah. Alyah (25:39.564) And this is kind of like the blessing and the curse of the inner summer, right? It's a flash in the pan. Holly Lamb (25:43.226) Yeah, yeah. And it is, it is completely, here for a few days and then it's gone. So it is about, yeah, enjoying, enjoying the energy while it's here and doing what you want to do. Like whatever you love, what brings you joy, what brings you happiness, whatever that looks like. Alyah (25:48.504) Mm-hmm. Alyah (25:54.253) Yeah. Alyah (26:01.774) I find that it's a great time for self-congratulation. I believe my own compliments to myself during this time more than any other time in my cycle. This is something that it's a great time for me to do affirmations, for example. It's a great time for me, I find that I don't journal a lot in this time because I'm doing, I'm not really thinking, I'm kind of like in my existence. I'm enjoying doing things. Holly Lamb (26:05.232) Hmm. Holly Lamb (26:11.204) Hmm. Holly Lamb (26:18.319) Yeah. Holly Lamb (26:23.226) Mm-hmm. Alyah (26:30.502) Typically I'm not very grounded in myself at this time so I feel like I've got a lot of air energy, I'm a bit all over the place. But what I am really good at is, and it's something that's directly related to my summer, when I connected with it I discovered that this was easier for me. Yeah, things like affirmations, things like telling myself that I'm doing a good job, being grateful. Everything just feels magnified, enhanced when I am in my inner summer. So it's really great to recharge your self-assurance, self-reassurance batteries during this time. Holly Lamb (27:07.332) Yeah, I like that. Yeah, I mean, I do affirmations most days, but I know what you mean. Like you can really truly believe that you are the best. Alyah (27:14.412) I see it, I see it, I see it, I really believe myself when I see it. And I mean, I also have that at my other pole. So like at menstruation, I also look at myself and I'm like, my God, you're just like this mystical creature. Look at you, you're fabulous. And I have that because I'm really at home and grounded in myself. But the other part is me is it's this top part, which is just like, why aren't you just fantastic and fun and. Holly Lamb (27:19.724) Mm. Yeah. Holly Lamb (27:34.692) and Alyah (27:41.206) and glowing and I can really believe it. It lands differently. It lands in a different part of my body. It lands in a much lighter effervescent bubbly part of my body. And it's something that's really helped me engage with this season is understanding that my vessel is open to receive love from myself also. Holly Lamb (27:52.483) Mm-hmm. Holly Lamb (28:06.138) Hmm, that's lovely. I think that's just a lovely way to finish as well. Because I feel like in a summer is like a flash in the pan. So it's not going to be as long as the other one. No, Wait for autumn. Yes, that will be three hours. Alyah (28:08.046) Hmm. Alyah (28:12.504) I was gonna say, this podcast won't go very long. Just wait till next week and we do. We're here for hours. It'll be hours. Holly Lamb (28:25.604) Literally. Well, thanks for joining us guys and we'll see you all next week for In A Autumn. Thanks for joining. Alyah (28:35.677) Perfect, perfect. That was one.
