Robert J. Brown on President Nixon and Civil Rights

Mr. Brown conceptualized and developed the minority enterprise and black college programs signed into executive order by President Nixon. He's been a confidant to Martin Luther King, Jr. and Nelson Mandela, and all America Presidents since Richard Nixon.
