Dean Kotlowski on Nixon's Civil Rights

Dean Kotlowski joins the Nixon Foundation on this special Black History Month edition of the Nixon Now Podcast to talk about President Nixon's history with the African American community and his record on civil rights. Dr. Kotlowski is a professor of history at Salisbury University and is the author of an influential book on the subject called "Nixon's Civil Rights: Politics, Principle, and Policy."
