Episode description
Even after 15 years, Sarah and Cindy still have a lot to learn about aging like a fine wine! As you may have guessed, today's sip is wine!...Sarah enjoys a Pensieri (merlot) from Colaneri winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Cindy sips on a sparkling rose from Da Luca. With help from the book, "I Feel Bad About My Neck", by Nora Ephron (2006), Sarah and Cindy reminisce about their necks, and other body parts that just aren't what they used to be. They also discuss what it actually takes nowadays to feel presentable to the world. Cindy's friend, Sonia, a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, pops in to chat with Cindy about all of the crazy and wonderful things available to us from the world of Aesthetics to help ward off the signs of aging so that we can age gracefully...whatever that looks like!
