With a world filled with social media, many of us find ourselves comparing our lives to others more than ever before. The result of this is comparison syndrome. In today’s episode, I discuss why comparison holds us back, what I’ve learned about comparison in my own life, how to start looking at our triggers around comparison and jealousy, and why it’s important to not let comparison stop you from following your dreams.
