Kilobaser GmbH has developed a microfluidics based and cartridge based DNA synthesizer. It is  designed to let researchers synthesize DNA right in the lab. Think about it like being able to make your favourite espresso right in house instead of running to the barista down the street. So, what is  so special about their synthesizer?
