Reunion Part 1 w/ Ed Eason

Hello everyone. I'm Devin Simone with the cold, and.

If you were in New York and you see Christmas trees in the window, just look away, pretend it is not me. Okay. Anyway, we are talking about the reunion this week. We have got to get into it. First of all, I just want to shout out Maria Minwos.

Social social distance, social distancing.

And then we see some of the heavy hitters there. H A lot happened and we're gonna get into it in the interview. So I want to like save some because we're gonna talk about fashion, because you'll already know your girl was watching, So we're gonna touch on fashion,

I didn't even know Anissa knew Nares's brother, so that was a shock.

Not only did they know each other, sounds like they were, uh, they were looking up intimately. Yeah, Tori said it was pillow talk, which, yeah, toy should be No One's lawyer. By the way, she said she Tory should be No One's lawyer because at least you're gonna lose every time, don't.

But you know what I thought was interesting, you know, finding out that Anissa was the person that played telephone right, that was one thing. But the statement that Kara made when she was like when Olivia said it didn't makes sense to me that, you know, Anissa would be the one to say that. Before I left, she told me good luck and I and then Carl was like, but that's Anissa, that's what she does, and I was like, oh Jesus, I didn't know that they're that they had some type of beef.

They've kind of have their own you know, EBB and flow I think of a history. What's interesting though, is that, like we've you know, Anissa is one of our podcast sisters here and last time I checked on the relationship with her and Lived. This was a while ago, but I I remember one time we were doing an episode of the podcast and Live was sort of a special guest because Live was staying with a Life and visiting. So I'm curious as to A are they still friends?

Getting answered because it kept getting over taked right over talked with things that did not matter.

Yes, thank you. I didn't want to say it did not matter part, but that's exactly what I was thinking. That didn't that Corey was trying to conflate it and make it just like what he did. That was not the same at all. This happened outside of the house, so that was not the same. But we didn't I didn't under stand why Olivia, and she didn't seem to explain why she had these feelings towards someone who was supposedly a really close friend. What do you think, dad?

What she did say? What she did say was I said some things, but it was not as harsh as Anissa is making it sound, or as Anissa is making it sound. And so at that point, I feel like, you know, that's y'all need to let us hold something. I feel like at that point I would have asked her, well, baby, what did you say exactly?

That's what we want to know, is exactly, well, what did you say? What in fact did you say? Because can be a straight talker, like meaning like Anissa just say stuff like sort of bluntly or straightly or whatever. So so if we're giving Olivia the benefit of the doubt,

I think it was a huge bomb drop. You know, yeah, she she should have been face timed in, Yeah, that you know what they should.

Have That actually would have been really so good. Yeah. Yeah.

How do you feel about in the very beginning when Maurice was crying?

Look, I like, I think there is power and vulnerability always, and I think being able to show your emotion is powerful. However, I do hate to see emotion shown to people who don't deserve it, if that makes sense. And so because they did Nourice so dirty, Like if I were there, I'd have been like, here, Nurice come crying to my shoulder, like,

They've grown so much. But that just shows you because you know, they were speaking up of being inside of the Challenge House and you know how you spend so much time with people and how one day is like three months, right, yes, and so you're with that person all day, every day, and so a lot can change and a lot can happen in that matter of time. That's why all of these hookups, it's like, yes, it's happening so quickly, but in their in challenge time, it's actually not.

It feels like it really does. It feels like the bonds you make in the Challenge House. It's like such a weird phenomenon. It really does feel like a lifetime. It's creative. Have you thinking not straight? For sure? It's absolutely crazy. What else was crazy was the shady cameraman and producers. I loved shout out to Corey in his suit. By the way, I loved that, but not them bringing out the balance beam and then them replaying slow motion the ending in which she fell off the balance beam.

Who gets my time out? I'm gonna give my time out to a soft because I just feel like ASoft was doing a lot, especially towards the end of this episode. I feel like that that that confrontation with Kylin did not have to get to that point, you know what I'm saying. And Kylin, is that fault too, because you know you have to learn and self control, But at the same time you turn around and you called me to b word. All bets are off, all bets are off, and so you know, I just it was. It was bad.

How about you today? My time out. It definitely a soft definitely was his top tier in there. I just I don't know. For me, I get try hard vibes, I do. He looks great and a crisp white button down and his hair looks lovely, But I get try hard vibes, and I don't love try hardness. It just I don't know something about it doesn't resonate great with me.

My goal star? And I feel like I've been given this person my goal star for a while and it's no reason to switch it up now. Oh you know what, Nope, that's a lie. Let me switch it up, okay now, because I still want to give her goal star. Okay, so let's let's cut my thar in half. I'm gonna cut my throat.

But who are you, Jesus and your gloves of bread?

What is this my star in half? Okay, I'm gonna give half to my starts in a Reese because I felt like this had to be a very difficult reunion for her, because after the way that all of these people did her throughout the season, to have to come back and see all of these people, it's like, you know what I'm saying, like to baby girl was going through it, and so I'm gonna give her my goal star, as you know, encouragement. But then I'm also gonna give a gold star to Laurel.

I'm going to give a gold star to Laurel because she said, I don't care how I feel about Michelle. I don't care what beef me and Michelle have, chicken, turkey or pork, it doesn't matter.

I'm not gonna let you callum disrespect her like that I have to beef, chicken, turkey or But I agree with you.

I agree with you on Laurel's actually my gold star of the week. I liked what you did for Michelle. But actually the reason why Laura gets my gold Star is because Laurel's responses and facial expressions were cracking me the up. She cracked me up when Michelle was talking

I think I'm going to give it. I'm gonna give it to two people.

Day can never follow. I can't a here's the deal.

Yes, I want to give one to Michelle because I thought she looked really, really nice. But then I also want to give it to Mariah. Mariah said the hell yeah dress okay, And you know that she's played the hell out of the dress because soon as she stood up and walked to go pick from a little chaos bookie thing, everybody was like dang, oh yeah, oh yeah, you know what I'm saying, Like she did what she needed to do. So yeah, I'm gonna give it to those two. How about you.

I'm gonna stop asking you the answers the questions first, because you just pick all the people and then and then it's like, not even good. I'm not doing that to give it to the K So I'm basically I'm like, you know what, So I would like to give it to honestly mine in half. I'm going to give half of it to I actually appreciate the ombre suit I take. I think it takes it's a bold choice. I think it takes a very special person to be able to do it. But I do think he pulled it off.

We appreciate that we're making some big moves.

Do we have a date? Have we picked a date yet?

Oh no, yeah, we didn't plan anything yet. We were Yeah, have a lot to plan. Okay, I don't know, We're gonna figure it out. It was gonna Yeah, a year or two in the in the making.

Oh good, good, give yourself some time.

Just yet. I don't know how to plan a wedding. This is my first one, so.

It's very stressful. Let me just tell you, coming off of just planning one, it is. I still haven't fully recovered, but I'm sure it'll be amazing. So congratulations to you, guys. We love to see love and despite you being engaged, I want to know how did you feel when Maria asked Maurice, who of the guys right, basically like who would you let your best friend date? And you were the only one? She said, how did you feel about that? And were you surprised by that answer?

Oh?

That was pretty cool? I was like, all right, represented for the team. Good guys, because I don't know, like if you I'm sure it's saw all the stuff on the show with everybody, just the whole cast, we're just kind of banging each other. So yeah, yeah, I feel like nobody has really any self control, So to go in there and just have some self control and be like a respectful dude, I think that speaks a lot.

Exact period exactly, were there any hookups you were surprised? There had to be something that you were surprised. There were some I was surprised by. And I've been doing this a long time. Who were you surprised by when you found out they hooked up in the house?

Gosh, I feel like all of them, Like, well, when you think about it, it's like such a like a short moment in time, Like I mean, I guess it's kind of long. You're there a few months to two months or so, but it's like you're there for business, right, You're there for a purpose. So the fact that like everybody just started like cracking, like like in the first week, everybody just started pointing and it turned into a shit show.

But like, who else was going yet? Well, we know was I man weel versus everybody? At one point?

Essentially him and Berna I didn't know anything about.

I just found out at the reunion. So that one threw me for a loop. I was like, when that.

Happen, Yeah, wild, wild, wild, and we just had e Manuel on by the way, and yeah he owns up to his uh wildness a little bit.

Yeah, yeah wild.

Yeah, it was a lot going on in that house, but it seemed like it was you know, TJ threw in his chaos and his control and all the other things. How did you feel about this format this season? Did you like that there were these sort of segments and TJ kept switching it up or do you feel like that made the game harder?

I don't know. I feel like it was kind of all over the place.

It was like nobody knew what was going on at any point in time. And we went through like the first phase, which was like four challenges, so we thought it would follow a similar format, and then we get to the next phase and it was like ten challenges long.

We're like, when is this ever gonna end? It was just like it was very inconsistent.

We were trying to guess and we thought we knew what was coming up next, and then it just didn't go that way. So, I mean, I guess it plays into the whole chaoticness of the whole show.

It was pretty chaotic series throughout.

For sure, y'all were chaotic Crew one hundred.

What to expect at any time?

Literally no one knew what to expect. What was it like competing against the Vets? So you get to this house, you realize there are no Vets that are actually playing the game initially right, and then you find out that you're gonna have to like compete against them when it comes to eliminations, and not just Vets but like iconic Vets. What was that like for you?

Yeah?

So, I mean for me, I was a little bit like indifferent about it. Like I know, some people were scared shitless. They're like, oh no, they're coming, They're gonna get me. But I feel like, I mean not going on as I say this, but I feel like I got along great with every you know Vet that I played with on thirty.

Seven And people didn't even meet, but.

I've just have like spoken to I feel like I had a pretty good relationship with the Vets.

The fact that they.

Weren't on the season throughout the whole thing, I was kind of like, oh man, I wish I would have got to work with them more because I feel like, especially on thirty seven, they kind of like took me under their wing and they were like like, we'll take Eddie. He's a good guy. So I kind of like wish they were there throughout it, but no, I felt like I was in a good position where I didn't think

I was like, that's the biggest compliment. That is awesome. Yeah, I was.

Super excited to hear that. I was like, boom, we're boys with like the bad asspects too, like all these times I didn't even know, like they knew who I was.

But yeah, that was so cool to see.

So yeah, you know, because I want to get into this room. Oh I want to get into this reunion and your boy I don't even know if it's your boy, but your boy Asaf.

Assaft, he's ah.

My goodness. During the reunion, Assaf starts throwing shots and I mean shot immediately at all events during this reunion. I mean, was it weird to be in the room as with them as this is happening?

How is that?

Nah? He's like unintentionally one of the most funniest people you're ever gonna meet. Like, I don't think he like means to be like like I think.

He tries to come off as like, you know, big.

Bad, tough guy calling you out, but like if you really know, it's off, like he's like very funny and goofy and just it's chilly, so like to hear him like take shots of people, like, I'm just like, ah, like that's funny.

Like because you're the one who makes him think he's a comedian, is the one who him up.

He doesn't mean to be No.

I disagree, and I don't disagree with you a lot of things, except for this and a game move that you made earlier in the season, but we'll get to that later. You know exactly what I'm talking about, Ed, But but yeah, I don't know. I think he thinks he's funny and tries to be funny, but he definitely came in hot in the reunion, which was I mean, I guess it's part of what makes it kind of Yeah, it provokes his hair looks great though, yeah so sor much. Yeah he really does it does his hair is great.

But he does like that.

I just feel like, make enemies that aren't even like the kind of mees right like thing where it's not even beef.

Like you said this about me and now I'm pissed, and I'm like, I think so, I think you guys are cool.

But I guess that's exactly and that's what I mean about it being it feels a little intentional when you went into the ring and did you, like, I know, you get along with everyone, which is i'd say a skill in it of itself. Did you feel tension going

Yeah, yeah, yeah, a few of us like went out like the night before and it was like the calm before the storm, where like everything was cool, everybody's having a good time.

I think everybody there kind of got along. But then there was other.

People all went out with you. Do you remember who were some of the people that went out.

It was a big group.

I know it was like, uh, Emmanuel, Jay Callum, James, Mariah Ravens, Zaza, Nurice Michelle who else.

There was like a lot of people and Darrell was.

There the last one there, which does not surprise me at all. If you know Durell, you were not surprised that he was.

Yeah, the Drell impressed the ship out of party abilities. He was out all night having a blast. I was like, all right, this guy, he's funny.

Shout out to Darrell. We adore we love him. So okay, so everybody, So all these people went out the night before, But did they just not address anything about the season. Was it kind of like, Hey, we're just not going to talk about anything. We're going to all party and have fun. Were there any arguments that happened the night before?

I don't think there was really any arguments. I think the arguments you know, that were coming were with like people that didn't go out that night, and you could tell like some people were kind of saying like, oh, I can't believe like so and so actually came like to the reunion like can't wait to see them tomorrow and say this, this and that.

So it's like you kind of knew it.

Was coming, yeah, Like, yeah, you knew there was some hostilities and some shit about to go down, But that night it was very calm. Everybody was just in have a good time mode. And I guess everybody was just getting ready because the next day it was going to get ugly.

It was it had to be comforting knowing that this person is going after this person, this person is going after this person. No one's coming after me.

I mean, I feel like I feel like it's not like that hard Like I feel like everybody goes in there and makes all these like enemies and I'm like, for what, Like why don't.

You just be cool with people?

Yeah?

Yeah, I don't know. I don't understand it.

Maybe because I'm just not very like a confrontational person, Like I'd rather not even waste my time arguing with somebody.

But some people live for that. They love arguing.

And who do you on the cast? Who do you think lives for arguing?

Oh, my gosh, who loves arguing? A lot of people.

I mean, obviously we just talked about a soft he likes to argue. Him and Kylon we're going at it a lot. And also Melissa likes to argue. The reason likes to argue Ray.

There's a lot of people that like, like, okay, certain things will.

Happen, and everybody's just jumping at the bit to give their oh no, no, no, And I'm like, uh, he's like out of it.

It's been built up from the months.

What do you think about Manuel's win? Were you shocked to find out that he won? Where you like, oh that tracks. Was there any point in the game that you sort of saw that coming.

No, No, I definitely wasn't shocked at all, especially when you kind of see who went into the final. Looking at everybody there, I was like, if Emmanuel doesn't win, like, yeah.

Something's gotta be wrong.

Like he's a very good competitor, and I feel like a lot of the people that were his like direct competition like just got like shift it out of the opportunity to even you know.

Are you talking about Jay when you say shifted out of the opportunity.

Oh yeah, that sucked. The whole j thing getting purged. Yeah, the whole purge thing. I don't like that.

Why do you think been able to make it to.

Technically Jay's his walls to purge his was like an elimination. Yeah, yeah, that's fair game.

Yeah, Michelle was purged.

Michelle was purged.

That was tough to watch. That was super shocking. Like that actually like stung. I feel like, Yeah, my thing is like.

I feel like on the challenge, like the whole basis of it is like you have to like fight to be there. So if you don't even get the chance to like fight, like some people just have a weird day, boom, you get purged and you're gonna, you know, some freak action happens.

You're the last one and you're out.

It's like that sucks. That's a terrible way to go. I'd rather go fighting. At least somebody beat me. Somebody be the better man that day and take me out.

Follow that.

But like if you go down like I went out on a purge too.

So that's where I'm Yeah, I'm pissed off because.

Yeah, like yeah, yeah, that was tough. It was great seeing you play this season of the game. We will get back into this reunion. But you know, I have to ask, now, there was a moment in time when you had the power, okay, and you were gonna be the one that like says the name first, you're going through the thread of who you were gonna say, you know, like who you were gonna like sort of protect versus

Yeah, so this is kind of what I was thinking. I got a lot of heat for that. Everybody was like, oh my gosh, how could you just listen to Jay's plan?

Like, you're an idiot. You should have made your own decision.

At the end of the day, that was my decision, right, I know everybody would have wanted to see me, save like Biascio or Kylon or you know something.

Like that for example, anybody else. People were like, hey, you're so thumb why didn't you do that?

I'm gonna tell you why, Because I wasn't really working with them from the beginning, So right off the start of the show, I kind of for to my alliance there and then I'm like, you know.

Super loyal ad like, yeah, to stick with it. So I stuck it out.

I had the power, and just the elimination before was when it was a decision between either me or a manual going in. And I was actually very tight with a manual. He was like one of my boys from day one, like we were actually very close. So anyway, the decision was either going to be me or him, and I'm like, all right, well there's five options. I was pissed about that. That's when I did the whole like leave it.

In a tie thing, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I did the stalemate.

I switched my vote to Jay just because I didn't want me to go in and I didn't want a manual to go in, just because I really liked them. We're boys, like, we have a good relationship. So the next elimination or this was two later, I forget what the timeline was, but I had the power, and yeah, I think it was the very next one, and I'm like, well, last elimination, it was either me or a manual.

That like weren't gonna be safe.

So this time me and Emmanuel, I'm making sure we're both safe just because like I didn't like how it went down. I'm like, out of five options, you're only gonna pick from two. I'm like, so now these two are gonna be safe, definitely, Like that's my boy. We're actually close. And I've been working with Emmanual since the very beginning, I know, like Kylon Harassio, Raven Olivia, like they came and saved me like that last time when

I didn't know how it was going to play out.

Yeah, let me stick with the.

People you know have said they had my back.

So so it's more of an e Man weel thing, it sounds like than it was a j thing like wanting to show your loyalty to Eman. But do you really think e Man well would have been at risk that round like that, like in hindsight, because I get that it sounds like you wanted to protect him because you guys, it was between the two of you the

Yeah?

I know people think that was like Jay's master plan, but I think too, it was like I kind of wanted to see the people that were like the not like the floaters, but like the bottom of the alliance were like consistently I feel like myself, like Immanuel, even like Colleen, like people that were consistently like at the bottom of the alliance despite being loyal the whole time.

I'm like, let's save these people first. So I knew.

I was like, I'm gonna save Emmanual, Like I'm not gonna pick Jay, I'm not gonna pick who like Michelle.

Or or whoever liked that, like the main alliance.

I was like I'm gonna pick somebody that's kind of like at the bottom. I'm gonna take my pick, and then from there you guys do whatever you do, Like I only have one pick.

Yeah, that makes it.

Yeah, I was like, it's just gonna play out. However it plays out like I'm not.

That totally makes sense and that totally tracks that it was you. I think you for explaining that, not that you had to, but that you knowing your friendship with Emanuel. Now it makes a lot more sense on.

This reunion because I want to get back into it right. Toy makes a statement and she says that Maurice should have been crowned as a winner as well.

Do you agree or do you disagree?

Especially since Emmanuel is your friend. I would love to know if you think he should have been a solo winner or he should have shared that.

No.

Yeah, I think at least lately how the challenge has been going with like the all the previous seasons, there's always.

Been like two winners. Yeah, at least for the last I don't know how many ten seasons or so.

For the main show, definitely, yes.

Yeah, So I don't know why they decided to switch up the format.

That was kind of interesting.

I think there should have been one boy and one girl winner, Like I think everybody agrees with that. I'm definitely not like like, oh, you know, it was a manual and nobody else deserved it, Like, no, everybody was there fighting for it.

Like I think definitely a woman deserved to be champion as well.

So what do you think about the heat Michelle and j have been getting for their gameplay this season?

Yeah, I think it's a bit much.

I mean, they're not like evil masterminds, like purposely being like super devious. It was just like they kind of teamed up because they're friends. They've known each other a long time, and they're they're friends with, you know the same people like Jay, Michelle and Maurice, Olivia, Mariah, like that whole alliance when it formed, It's like these people

Try and get you out. We're gonna try and get you out.

But it makes it seem like on the show that it was much more like devious and like evil than it actually was.

Like I don't think there was any sinister.

Like plots like oh, we hate Harassio and he has to be out. It was just like, ah, he's good, try and get him out, like that was their thinker.

Like I see what you're saying, and I one it seemed like, while there may have been multiple alliances, I think we can all agree that they're the Michelle and j or what did account call it the Michelle Protection Package, which I love was that that there was much more weight and size in that alliance. I feel like even TJ sort of acknowledged it at a certain point in the game that there was like a lot of size and weight to that alliance compared to the other fragmented

I Mean the interesting thing is too, it's like, why did everybody just kind of blindly be like, oh, Jay, Michelle, what do we do?

Like what's our plan? What? Like why did that happen?

Good question?

Like what I don't get it.

I meanah, I get you know, they're both the pretty good players and what they do, and they're they're good survivor and challenge but it's like, I don't understand how they just started this thing and everybody.

Just followed that.

That was kind of amazing to see that everything blindly was.

Like yep, yeah, yeah, it was impressive. I mean, Michelle did a lude to the fact of like, uh, the friendships you had spoken about, right, and like that she spends time with like Olivia and even Berna and all these other things. So yeah, it makes sense a little bit because they did seem like they were Jingan friendships outside, right, and then once she had the numbers, it then becomes okay, if you don't do it, this person says they have the numbers to shift on you, you know, at least

Now? Yeah?

No, Now I need to go and start my own alliance.

I gotta no right now in Alliance. I need the lead in Alliance.

I think from from now on, I want to be like the leader of like the rebel Goofy people that are also very good at competitions like.

Okay, who are those people?

Name your team members in the ed Rebel Goofy people Alliance.

Okay, Yeah, I think we definitely could have had a solid Alliance season thirty nine if we had banded together, say myself, Uh huh, Horasio Manuel, I mean those three.

I feel like those those.

Three are neat a bigger alliance and you're not gonna win with only three.

There's three right there, or like very solid?

Okay, who else? We got to round it out a little bit, and you probably need some girls on your alliance.

And who else? Oh Mariah, she's funny.

Mm hmmm.

Well we're gonna recruit her for the alliance.

You can choose from other seasons too, By the way, doesn't just have to be season thirty nine.

Oh no, I can recruit from all this.

Yeah, okay, well enough of them?

Yeah, okay, so you can serve if you want. Okay, so we want Okay, let's see put six people on your alliance. All right, six people, mix of guys and girls. They could be from any season. We can call them Ed's goofy people alliance. If that's the name you want to keep, stick with it. But who who were the six people that she would be?

So, say you get called for the next season. Maybe you have we don't know, we don't talk about, but who would be the six people You're like, Okay, yes, I'm gonna have them on my Alliance.

Oh okay, okay, let's see. Let's see. I need six good ones. All right, let's start with.

I think I want Devin Tory. Okay, I think I want them on my alliance. They're they're they're good comedy. They're also good competitors.

They finally got.

Their first they did.

Yeah, so I'll take them. I think I want Harassio.

Okay, Yeah, that's smart. That's actually pretty smart.

I think after this season that was a real eye opener where it's like, man, I should have worked with that kid from the beginning, but we had a very similar mindset.

Is like they out of the drama compete, Like, yeah.

You guys are similar in that way, like yeah, you're like reliable, consistent, kind of straightforward. You guys aren't backstabbers, you aren't. Yeah yeah yeah.

So boom that's uh what is that? Three? I think I'm gonna take car on Paulie too.

Okay, okay, both of them, okay, okay, yeah, and then get one more and.

Then who would be I need one more? I need a lady.

Who is the last one in the ad alliance? Oh gotta be somebody good.

One more girl, who do you think would be an asset? She doesn't have to be silly. Who do you think would be an asset to your.

Well, in my mind went blank, trying to think of every single person that's ever been on the challenge.

How did you feel seeing Laurel go in on Callum at the reunion in defense of Michelle. Were you surprised by that? Like, what were you thinking when you saw that?

No, I guess I was pretty surprised, but also like, at the same time, it's like, if you're gonna do something like that, it's like, yeah, you're gonna get called out on it.

So yeah, I completely understand.

I think he kind of had it coming there because I didn't know we had a girlfriend the whole time.

I think he did tell some people, but.

I didn't know that at all, so I found out after the fact, like after the whole season was said and done. So yeah, I think I think he definitely had it coming. But Laurel was just honest. Yeah, she wasn't letting up at all.

Like Okay, yeah, so Ed gives it out, and honestly I kind of agree. I feel like it also that color did nothing for either of them, so like wash them out a little bit. It Like I love the coordinating scheme. Thing could have been cool, like if they've done vibrant colors and done.

What yeah, all right, So that's one thing where like I wouldn't have even thought in my mind to wear some something like that.

So for me, I feel like that's.

Almost more of like a like a costume than an outfit.

But it did kind of work.

It was definitely given a moon walk. And when he came out day, what do you think about it?

Like I felt he stood out when I wear it, No, but I would have never worn it.

But it was definitely something different.

Yeah, yeah, I think it kind of works for him, and I agree with you as the winner, Like I think he could rock that. Like I feel like it worked in that what I want, Like it's my man, and I do what I want. Like he was missing a white glove and some patent shoes, but like, I feel like it kind of it kind of works. What about James and Mariah kind of sort of matching a little bit, sort of kind of how do you feel about that?

Yeah?

I think they They had a pretty good look going on. James had like the relaxed suit look and Mariah had it was like a chrome dress. I think I think that works.

Did it give a couple or did he give friendship?

Yeah?

I mean their relationship was so interesting to me, Like they got so serious on the show, and then after I feel like they just didn't talk at all, and then they showed up to the reunion as if they were like still a couple on the show. It was I don't know, yeah, in a.

Little Yeah, their body language was definitely very interesting also, Yeah, Dave, what do you think about their look?

I felt like I thought they were trying to give couple. That's what it looked like to me. I would have thought that they came to a red carporate premiere as a couple.

I could see that.

I mean, I don't know if I got I didn't get the sense that they were trying to match. But I do think they both looked good individually. Like I thought that was it was like a valid look. Yeah, as a whole. I loved Maria's dress actually on her, I thought that was great. It was so cute on her, right, Yeah, yeah.

I thought about wearing the same thing. Thank god I didn't.

I mean, it would have been but you could have next, you could have done like the gold version ed and I you know, yeah, that would and.

What do you think about Jay showing up in his high school uniform? Yeah, high school?

I feel like she really wanted to show it off and that that's why she popped off at Colleen and stood up, Like I really actually feel like she just wanted a moment for the dress, which I don't blame her because she looked great in it, but I feel like that's why she stood up and went at Colleen. And then do you guys think Colleen really didn't know what desperate man? And I get there's a language barrier.

Isn't she a psychology major?

Because I feel like it's more of like, uh, I don't know, not like an attention grab, but it's like if if you're gonna like step up and like actually getting somebody's face with the intent to like fight them, like you know, first off, you're gonna get like kicked off the show, and it's like you don't actually like at least I don't think so, Like.

Have you seen old seasons of the Challenge.

Oh, the old seasons? Yeah, Like I say, letdy, like let.

You know, yeah, if somebody were to like step up at me and get in my face like that, like I'll break your jaw so fast, like don't like bite.

And then he just splashed his muscles. Everyone you can't see the videos around you, guys can't see it. But my goodness, oh labradors bite, who knew?

But I hear you. No one would ever come at you Ed though. Literally I can't under I couldn't imagine. I will fall out of my chair whenever if we're ever watching an episode where someone's legitimate mad at Ed to the point of like coming at you. I just really it's hard. It's just hard to fathom.

Yeah, And that's why I think like people need to take it as like more of a serious thing, like everybody loved a get each other's face, as if they're gonna like do something.

But it's like, sit down, sit down, sit down.

What did you think about Kylon calling out asof when I believe it was that Asof said to Kylin burst that like or sett in general, he thought people were little b words. And then Kylon said, you thought I talked about your mama and didn't say it and didn't even do anything, So who's the little He called him.

A bet directly, Yeah, directly.

Well that whole thing, well what had happened on the show, And like I guess ASoft just didn't understand what Kylon said. And then they started arguing, and they're both arguing different things.

I'm like, what is going Like I was kind of laughing at that.

I was like, this is not serious, Like these guys are just being idiots. But I feel like that's another instance of them just kind of like want to start ship for the sake of like starting ship. It's like, I don't know, I feel like there's no need to like get angry and then and call each other like bitches. It's like, I don't know, be a grown man about it. Like you sit there and hash it out and be like, oh, look, this happened, all right whatever put in the past. It's cool,

I'm still mad at you for saying it's like childish.

Yeah, yeah, yes, yeah for sure, speaking of knocking things out. We when we spoke to the champ a ka Michael Jackson Nutcracker last week, we he talked about his like training routine right because he makes this final look so he made it look so easy because he was just dominated and did so well. And then we talked about training routines kind of other people throughout the challenge. As one of the most you guys, he literally looks like he's making the flexing symbol as he's sitting here talking

Yeah, I did a lot more running and body weight exercises to get ready.

Normally I just do a lot of heavy weightlifting. Okay, So as far as like strength.

I definitely think well above him, beyond where I need to be. I don't think I need to be you know, bench pressing four hundred pounds like on the challenge, Like you don't you know, there's never an.

Instance where you're doing that.

Yeah, So I was.

Like, I definitely need to work on just like like body weight, like hanging on something, hold my body. Stuff like I would do one day a week where I would do sprints, one day a week where I would go for a nice long.

Distance run, and the days in between I would lift.

I would work on, like I said, other body weight, calisthetic type of exercises.

To do swimming stuff or like puzzle stuff.

Yeah, not actually much.

I don't know why, but for some reason, I'm a pretty good swimmer, Like, yeah, I feel like swimming something where a lot of people will train for. But I guess just growing up at the Jersey shore swimming in the ocean. Uh, you know, that's where my aquaman kind of comes from.

So I didn't really like train much swimming puzzles too.

I use my mind every day, like yeah at work, so like I'm still like sharp, I can think quick. I do a lot of numbers like in my job, so I feel like puzzles like I don't really need. I did a couple like of those, like Tanagram, like I got one just to like be like, all right, it's just so I can keep my mind on your puzzles that I don't usually do. I feel like my mind's pretty sharp, like a very think quicker, quick thinker.

Yeah, we're just gonna let that one slide.
