It has been a wild journey since I started this podcast on a whim at some point in early 2021. Millions of people have tuned in. If my calculations are correct, this has provided over $900 million in a better pay for listeners around the world. By the way, that's a conservative estimate. The time has come to change the name of the job interview experience. Yes. Although it's kind of a long name and not the catchiest name in the world. I do love it.
However, I've been thinking about this for a long time. I've had this feeling, this pull to change the name to this idea. I've had a name that better aligns with your goal, what you want, why you tune in, why you go to work every day, why you work so hard to get further, more rewarding, career, better pay. Everything else in between. No, I'm not gonna tell you what the name is just yet, but I do want you to know that the name will be changing. The podcast topics won't change.
My content will be better. Every week, every year. I will say that I have some other really big tools and initiatives coming. Things that you need to get further in your career that don't exist anywhere else. I've listened to who you are, what you do, what you want, and I'm going to deliver. In the meantime the first step.
