What is DVC

    • • 1BR - w/full kitchen and laundry facilities

      • 2BR

      • 3BR Grand Villa - three bedrooms, three baths

        • 1BD and higher have master bathrooms with jacuzzi or soaker tub

Most DVC resorts offer at least a counter service and table service restaurant or access to them.

Pools with spa and slide

Members do not receive daily cleaning services, but receive towel and trash service halfway through a week stay

Point system

• Traditional timeshares offer a fixed week system - you buy a week, and stay in the same or similar unit every year, the same calendar week of the year.

• Point system offers the flexibility to book any roomstyle in any season… that your points allow you to.

• Points can be banked from one year to the next, or borrowed… you can use banked, current, and borrowed points on the same reservation.

• Use year…. What does that mean?

Becoming a member

• You purchase points at a ‘home resort’ - you own the same number of points each year until the end of the contract - that length of time varies by resort. Older resorts will expire sooner.

• You can book at your home resort at 11mo

  • You can book at other resorts at 7mo

• You buy a ‘set’ of points, and they are deeded to you - but as mentioned, the deed does expire, unlike many traditional timeshares.

• Trading points for traditional resort accommodations, cruises, and other timeshares and high end luxury accommodations, as well as adventures by Disney.
