I asked for your questions and they have been piling up in my DMs. Today is the day we start to dig in and answer them together! These honestly are my favorite episodes because, as you know I'm not a therapist, but I am someone who's gone through, and is going through, a lot of the same things. And sometimes you want to hear from people who can relate to you. Some things we'll talk about this week:
