My Labor And Delivery Mindset

I had a c-section with my first son, so it was my first instinct to schedule a repeat c-section with my second son. But something changed. I felt stuck and unsure what to do for my birth plan. I had a strong desire to have a VBAC but that seemed risky. So, I applied my mindset and decision making tools and found my answer. My new plan was a win-win no matter what happened.
