Ep 152: The Agonizing Decision to Shut Down My Facebook Group

One of my favourite parts of running my coaching biz was showing up and serving inside my Facebook group. I created something I was quite proud of, nurtured many of my soon to be clients and it was inside a social media platform I was comfortable with. I even hit that sweet tipping point where Facebook was even starting to recommend the group to people who fit my ideal client profile: moms who coach moms.

Problem was though, like my other babies, my business started to grow and it was entering its nine year change. In Waldorf school they speak of the changes your kiddos go through at this age - and I guess same thing happens to mom coaching businesses. And this explains a little bit around why I took the shocking measure to archive this beloved community.
