ALGV Ascend Conference 2021 Recap | Chris Dehner of Modern Travelworks

Originally published November 21, 2021: The ALGV Ascend Conference returned to Cancun, Mexico in a big way this past October with over 400 travel agents, 200 representatives from over 100 partner companies, and 65 ALGV staff to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was such a great experience to see so many familiar faces and to be surrounded by so much positivity and gratitude. There was a lot of information presented over 2 full days of workshops, but for this episode, I recap just a few of my key takeaways that I think are either interesting or will be helpful for agents moving forward.
