Episode 5 | San Diego County OES "At The Ready" for All Emergencies

Mark Balmert, Executive Director of the San Diego Military Advisory Council, is joined by Gary Johnston, Chief Resilience Officer for the San Diego County Office of Emergency Services (OES). Johnston discusses the myriad emergencies that OES is prepared to handle in partnership with our region's first responders. Balmert talks about the SDMAC Achievement Awards, which will be held virtually as a "live" stream on September 2. Balmert also chats about the annual San Diego Military Economic Impact Study; SDMAC membe LevitZacks; and the stellar work of the USO and Armed Services YMCA in their outreach to military families.
