Vena explains to us why someone might behave in ways that concern us, maybe by harming themselves or being suicidal. Vena shares how therapy helps those we love who are hurting. She also provides some great tips on what you can do to address this with your loved one.

Vena Davis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy to children, adults, and their families. Ms. Davis is the owner and operator of Honey Bee Behavioral Health where she enjoys collaborating with youth and their families in creating a life worth living and families worth living in. Ms. Davis is knowledgeable in a variety of treatment approaches with specialty in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy designed to assist those who have experienced a traumatic situation learn behavioral and emotional strategies to discuss and process their experience to trauma.
