77. Black Therapists' Meetup

Community building is my JAM. Last week we hosted our first ever Black Therapists’ Meetup here in Hampton Roads, Virginia. On this episode I share more about how this event, the participants, and the response. There is power in creating a safe space for people to share and feel connected and this is especially true in the Mental Health community. We might be doing more of these in the future.
