Fatigue can be the hardest thing to contend with some days. Rest through meditation is important for managing endometriosis fatigue because it allows the body and mind to relax deeply, reducing stress and conserving our precious energy. 

By incorporating regular meditation, we can improve our overall energy levels and better cope with the chronic fatigue associated with endometriosis.

This meditation is specifically designed for those days when the fatigue is at its worst and we just need some time to rest and recuperate - even just a little bit. Really hope it helps, warrior.
