Sign up for Mind Love Premium to listen to the full episode   We will learn: How to stop judging our own grief How to reprocess trauma you’ve been carrying How to better show up for others in grief and loss  Death is the number one fear of humankind but we’re all going to have to do it someday. When someone dies, we’re often unprepared, and then we just mourn… and no one guides us through that either, so a lot of people end up stuck in mourning. Well today we are talking to a death doula. I didn’t even know this was a thing but it makes perfect sense. They’re are different kinds of death doulas too… some help you get your affairs in order, all the logistical things like will and funeral. And others help you with the process. Some may help family members best show up for their dying loved ones, or maybe they help the dying loved ones with acceptance and letting go. So today we’ll learn how we can best show up for death… whether our own or those we love. Our guest is Jessica Reis, also known as the Death Empath. She’s a Death Doula and Coach who helps guide people through grief, loss and trauma caused by Living Death and Real Death. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
