The SCION group (the Self Care Interactive Online Network) wants to help police, sheriff’s, and anyone in a stressful job or hectic life optimize their health and resilience. Hosts Detective Ben Melendrez and Nils Rosenbaum, MD both work for a large metropolitan police department and will interview a wide range of guests to help listeners learn practical and scientific ways to improve their health and wellbeing no matter how stressful (or fun or both) their job may be.
