Took some time to digest yet another disappointing end to our favorite football teams season. Tough to see a completely different quarterback take the field after 17 weeks of high talent play. Vikings 2024 season is over; however, the future looks very bright for this young and scrappy team SKOL.
14 - 3 Minnesota Vikings will be traveling to Arizona to play the 10 - 7 Los Angeles Rams due to the dangerous and scary California fires that are spreading in LA. KOC and Sam Darnold look to get their first career playoff win in what has now become a prove it game for both of these guys. We were due for a klunker of a game and if it's going to happen let us have it happen before the playoffs officially begin. A game that went as bad as it could. 0 - 4 in the redzone; 0 - 3 inside the 15; Darnold missing wide open guys, KOC getting out coached, countless dropped passes, and just an overall DUD. Repeat "Biggest game of the season" will be the what is said here on out. Winner take all on primetime football. Win and you become the number 1 seed in the NFC, Division Winner for second time in three years, and secure home field advantage for the 2025 NFL playoffs. This team can do it!
A very similar game to week 4 in Lambeau. Vikings dominated for 3 quarters and allowed the Packers to crawl back to make the score closer than the game appeared. This Vikings time is the most complete team we have seen in our lifetime.. are we really allowing ourselves to believe this could FINALLY be the year? Such nerves ..
Minnesota Vikings (13 - 2) host the Green Bay Packers (11 - 4) in undoubtedly the hardest matchup the Vikings have had this season. Green Bay is winning big whereas the Minnesota Vikings are winning often. Should be an exciting game in this big time NFC North match up.

Technical difficulties. 8 game win streak, first win in Seattle in almost two decades, first 1K rusher not drafted by a Viking in two decades, career season for Sammy Darts and KOC. Vikings win in Seattle in comeback fashion with clutch plays by Sam Darnold and this bend don't break defense. Please have a new ending for us fans, Minnesota Vikings.
12 -2 Vikings head to Seattle to play the 8 -6 Seahawks. Both teams need to continue to win football games for different reasons. Our Vikings are looking to secure an NFC North Title and a first round playoff bye, whereas the Seahawks need to keep pace with the LA Rams to secure their own playoff birth. SKOL baby.
Monday Night, Prime time football, with the Bears on a 7 game losing streak and our Vikings on a 6 game win streak had everything feeling it would be a trap game for our Vikings. However, this Vikings team (we hope) is just different. 30-12 victory over the NFC rivals in the clean, white out game for our Vikings. For the first time on Meet at the Quarterback we invite a NON-Vikings fan to share some opponent insight headed into a week 15 division matchup. The 11 - 2 (and six game win streak) Vikings host the 4 - 9 (and 7 game losing streak) Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football. A should be win for our Vikings still has us feeling a bit nervous. What was looking to be a classic Minnesota Vikings finish a 21-21 tie entering the fourth quarter turned out to be the second most dominate win of the 2024 season and career performances from JJ, JA, and SD. Our Vikings are 11-2 for the first time since 2009!!
10 - 2 Vikings host the 6 - 6 Falcons in the return of Kirk Cousins to Minneapolis. This Flores defense will hopefully continue to force turnovers out of Kirk Cousins and this offense will take advantage of a struggling Falcons defense with a 30 bomb on Sunday. SKOL!
The NFL is weird this season. Our Minnesota Vikings are 10 - 2 and a 5 seed in the NFC. Which is why just keep winning and taking care of business, anyway you can. Our Vikings played UGLY for majority of Sunday's game but played excellent in the final two minutes with the game close enough to secure win number 10. SKOL Viktory Monday!
Our Vikings have surpassed 2024 expectations, but now there are new ones in place. Three straight home games against NFC opponents that are all .500 or worse. Keep the wins coming!
Offense woke up big time with Sammy Darts throwing over 300, TJ Hockenson with over 110 receiving yards, Jordan Addison with career high receptions (8) and yards (169) and Aaron Jones had 120+ all purpose yards. First OT win of the year and our Minnesota Vikings are 9 - 2 as we head back home.
