Release stress , anxiety , anger . Grounding creates a sense of deep relaxing of comfort , letting go because you know where you are and you feel more in control of the situation.
Feel more connected to the here and now with positive vibrations . Be more authentically connected in your body , in the present moment and receive nourishing energies .
Listen to the beautiful sounds of the birds along with a guided grounding/earthing mediation. Listening to their sounds have been found to boost productivity, improve moods significantly , heighten states of relaxation . Interacting with nature improves memory functions, reduces depressive symptoms, and enhances creative abilities. Furthermore , diminish feelings of isolation by making us feel more connected with the world around us.
