Simon Caruso is a podcaster, coach, and speaker in the area of transition, assisting people in transitioning from mundane and unrewarding lives to one in alignment with their core values and purpose.
A first-generation Australian born to Italian migrants, Simon experienced a cultural upbringing based on strong family connections and a solid work ethic as essential ingredients to a successful life. He inherited these beliefs throughout his childhood and had a strong desire to live up to these expectations and make his parents proud.
Having completed high school without a clear direction, he enrolled in University to fulfill his parents' wishes – by taking advantage of an opportunity they were never afforded in receiving a quality education, getting himself a good job, and ultimately earning good money in a specialized career.
Having dropped out of University after 2 years, he began his career in the telecommunications industry and over the past 20 years has experienced various roles in different industries. His constant feelings of dissatisfaction and unfulfillment led him on a journey of self-development, where he has invested $100,000 and 10,000 hours over the past 6 years to discover how to find his own niche and has ultimately developed a strong passion for educating others on how to do the same.
