Episode #43 - Everywhere I go, there I am!

If you're thinking about breaking up with your kids - which I highly recommend - you can't just dump them and then carry on as if nothings happened or ask Ben & Jerry to fix your heart.  Everywhere you go, there you are, so the best way to do it is to really, really get curious about who you want to become once you transition into this next gloriously, exciting phase of your life.

No matter what you do to try and fill that huge hole in your heart, you'll still be the same broken hearted Mom trying to find herself as she explores the next chapter.
