Welcome to Manifest the Big Stuff, your weekly manifesting tune-up and check-in. Where I discuss cutting-edge tips and techniques to manifest your reality differently by adhering to new paradigms from quantum physics.
Today, I'm going to share about a powerful, quantum-based, manifesting technique called a, “Mount Rushmore of Manifesting”. I'm going to make plain how this technique replicates the hurricane manifesting power of being motivated by extremely painful versions of material reality.
Then, I'm going to highlight step by step exactly how to create and use a Mount Rushmore of Manifesting. Finally, I'll reveal how you and the quantum field partner to manifest your reality. And, how a Mount Rushmore of Manifesting takes advantage of that.
(1:12)
I'm Greg Kuhn, The Law of Attraction Science Guy, author of the life-changing “Why Quantum Physicists” book series, and your host, let's get started.
Today, I want to discuss an important technique, a technique I call a Mount Rushmore of Manifesting. I've touched on this technique in Manifest the Big Stuff, a few times previously, and today I want to advocate for your use of this technique even more emphatically.
This podcast, my books, anything I share, comes directly from how I'm living and what I do to successfully manifest a more pleasing reality. Manifest the Big Stuff, for example, is basically a recap of what has been on the forefront of my manifesting focus and efforts during the prior week.
This podcast is essentially a snapshot of my manifesting life. You may know that I was motivated to start manifesting a different reality by a near-certain rendezvous with personal and financial disaster.
About six months away from plummeting over a financial Niagara Falls in which my family would also be dragged with me over the crest, I started trying to manifest a different reality in 100% accord with quantum paradigms.
(2:57)
You probably also know that it worked. I manifested enough money in approximately one year that I ended up with no debt, no foreclosures, and I didn't have to declare bankruptcy.
The story I just described is well chronicled in my books and also in an earlier episode of Manifest The Big Stuff called, “Do You Want a Blueprint for Scientific Manifesting?”
One of the things I discussed in that podcast episode is how my manifesting efforts were infused with hurricane-force energy. Facing a self-created imminent life-altering disaster will do that for you.
That energy moved mountains for me. It helped me manifest my financial desires in record time. As powerful as that motivation was for me, I've been grateful not to encounter the same type of motivation since then. Because as helpful as it was, I wouldn't wish that level of motivation on my worst enemy.
Yet, it's undeniable that on some levels I missed that motivation moving forward. After manifesting the money and saving myself and my family in such spectacularly successful and rapid fashion, I assumed that manifesting huge desires, the big stuff, would be a snap from here on out.
What I found was that without a tsunami pushing me forward, manifesting at that speed and at that magnitude usually just wasn't in the cards.
(4:59)
How I had learned to manifest a different reality in accord with quantum paradigms was still working. But I realized the importance of developing a method to harness that hurricane power when I wasn't being hit with an actual hurricane level of painful motivation.
A method or technique for manifesting the big stuff, when not resolving my painful reality, wasn't going to immediately destroy my life. Today's episode is all about the technique I've developed to do just that: creating a Mount Rushmore of manifesting.
Using this technique, I'm currently able to manifest satisfying wealth, the best health of my life, a marriage to my soulmate, fulfilling relationships with my adult sons, productive reciprocal professional relationships with high-level leaders, outstanding fitness, professional leadership, and efficacy, and more.
I want to help you do likewise by utilizing the power of creating a Mount Rushmore of Manifesting.
People know that Mount Rushmore is a national monument in South Dakota which features sculptures of the faces of four important U.S. Presidents. 60-foot-tall heads of presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln are carved into granite in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
(6:56)
But what most people don't know is that each of those four presidents was selected to represent a different way in which the United States manifested excellence.
Washington represents the birth of the U.S., Jefferson represents the growth of the U.S., Roosevelt represents the development of the U.S., and Lincoln represents the preservation of the U.S.
Mount Rushmore sculptor Gutzon Borglum chose which four facets were manifesting U.S. greatness and which president was responsible for each. He got to do that because he was the monument's creator.
You, like Borglum, are a creator, a creator of your reality. Although your beliefs were given to you by other people, places, things, and ideas, you are the sole manifestor of your reality.
And today, as an intentional manifestor of more pleasing versions of your reality, you get to pick what you're going to manifest and how. You, can and should, do this by creating your own personal Mount Rushmore of manifesting.
To do this, simply decide what you desire to manifest and do it using broad terminology. Here's what I mean by that. If, for example, you want or need to manifest a million dollars, state it as a desire to manifest wealth.
If you want to manifest a soulmate, state it as a desire to manifest romantic love. And if you want to manifest a fitter body stated as a desire to manifest health.
(9:04)
Then, once you've established what you desire to manifest using that broad terminology, decide upon four ways that you will experience that desire. The four experiences you select will be your presidential heads on your personal Mount Rushmore of manifesting.
Let's look at some examples of that. If you desire wealth, for example, you might select as your four desired ways to experience wealth, money and greater income, valuable skills, knowledge and experiences, promotion at work and expanded opportunities there, and finally, collaboration and partnerships with highly successful people.
Those four experiences at a high level will manifest the reality of wealth you desire. You picked out the desire and you picked out the four ways you wish to experience it.
Let's say you desire romantic love. You might select as your four experiences, a soulmate, physical and emotional intimacy, reciprocal trust, and reciprocal accountability.
Those four experiences will combine to manifest the reality of romantic love that you desire. And finally, if you desire health, you might select as your four preferred experiences: physical fitness, being active and energetic, biometric feedback in the healthy range for your age, and fewer setbacks and intrusions caused by pain and illness.
(11:06)
In each of these examples, you got to pick your desire and you got to pick your four experiences. Once you've selected your desire, using broad terminology to describe it, and then chosen the four ways that you wish to experience that desire, your next step is to learn the form used by people successfully having those experiences as you desire to have them.
Or, put another way, learn the best practices and success habits that allow people to manifest those things as you desire to. This is the perfect place to use my technique called “Find Your Coach”. Ask someone who has been there and done that, someone you can trust, to help you identify the best form for you to use.
Once you've learned the best form, all you need to do then is to start giving your best effort to follow it. I call your plan to give your best effort to follow form your hypothesis for manifesting the reality you truly desire.
Dedicate at least 150 minutes a week to put each of your hypotheses into action. Give more time if you can. The key here is that none of your four ways that you've chosen to manifest the reality you desire is more important than any of the others.
(12:58)
And, none of them is less important either. Each of them gets your best effort each day. And stay in touch with your coach, ideally meeting once a month to review and discuss your efforts, the results of them, and your ongoing and evolving desires.
Use your coach's ongoing feedback and advice to continually revise your form when necessary, as well as your hypotheses for putting it into action.
A Mount Rushmore of manifesting is a very important technique for you for at least four reasons.
Number one, it symbiotically spreads the wealth. Each of the four ways you have chosen to experience what you desire assists the other three. When you manifest one of them more successfully, they all grow.
Number two, it spreads the responsibilities. None of the four experiences you selected carries the entire weight. You have increased the potential for successfully manifesting your desire by 400%.
Number three, it takes the pressure off. Unlike other attempts to manifest your reality differently, you are putting your eggs in many baskets. The more avenues available to manifest what you desire, the less weight any of those experiences must bear.
(14:54)
And number four, a Mount Rushmore of manifesting mirrors the way the quantum field and you manifest reality. Here's what I mean by that. Let's look at desiring wealth versus desiring money or greater income.
Being wealthy is something you are. Acquiring money and greater income, is something you do. Wealthy is a noun, a word used to identify a class of people, places, or things or to name a particular class of one of those.
Money and greater income like the other three from my example of creating a Mount Rushmore of manifesting wealth is a verb, a word used to describe an action, a state or an occurrence.
Nouns speak to content, verbs speak to performance. Content and performance are both vital for an intentional manifestor seeking to manifest more pleasing versions of reality.
First, make sure your manifesting goal is a noun. Creating a personal Mount Rushmore of manifesting does this for you. Wealth, romantic love, and health are all nouns. You get to pick which noun is most important to you.
Then, manifest your noun using verbs. Giving your best effort to follow form for each of the four experiences on your personal Mount Rushmore of manifesting does this for you.
(17:05)
Each of the four ways to experience wealth, romantic love, and health is a verb. You get to pick the actions you'll take to manifest your desire. Manifestors often make the mistake of focusing on nouns at the expense of verbs. Pay attention to verbs. Verbs are your aiming point for performance.
I'm a verb nut. Verbs or actions often take care of lowhanging manifesting fruit. Verbs also have a large effect size and verbs or actions are something you have control over; a place you can always give your best effort.
Creating and using a personal Mount Rushmore of manifesting is a quantum technique. It abides by quantum paradigms. Creating and using a personal Mount Rushmore of manifesting means that possibility meets action. It means that content meets effort.
The quantum field is meeting you in this moment and you in turn are meeting the quantum field. And the two of you are manifesting your reality right now. You couldn't manifest your reality without the quantum field and your reality wouldn't manifest without you.
(18:59)
The quantum field is pure possibility. The quantum field provides the potential content, the potential nouns. You are action, you provide effort, you contribute the verbs. Your actions manifest specific nouns in the form of your reality from the infinite possibilities in the quantum field.
Manifesting is a dance between you and the quantum field performed each moment you're here, performed either on autopilot or intentionally. You have the most capable dance partner possible but, to perform this dance intentionally, you must take the lead.
And now my quantum tip a brief, powerful, takeaway that you can use right now to help you manifest a different version of your reality. You're not the most important timespace event in the universe, but you are in yours. You couldn't manifest your reality without the quantum field, and the quantum field couldn't manifest your reality without you.
Thus, you are just as important as the quantum field. The time you're given here in 3D timespace is your most valuable possession, and how you choose to spend your time here is your most important decision. The wisest way to spend your time here, if you wish to intentionally manifest a different version of your material reality, is to give your best effort to follow form in that area of your life.
Investigate the form or best practices of people, manifesting the reality you desire, and then treat yourself as someone as important as you truly are. By giving your best effort in this moment to follow form.
Thank you very much for sharing some of your time with me so that we can partner together and help each other manifest the big stuff. A while back on my podcast, I invited you to participate in a primitive version of time travel. When I recorded this podcast for you, it's right now for me, and when you listen to this podcast, it's right now for you.
My right now, however, is your past, and your right now is my future. That invitation I made a while back still stands. Go to my website, whyquantumphysicists.com. And in the bottom right corner, you will see a blue circle with a microphone in it.
Click that microphone and leave me a voicemail. You'll leave your voicemail right now, and I'll listen to your voicemail right now. When we both do this, we'll have switched perspectives.
Your right now will become my past, and my right now will be your future. Here are voicemails from three people who want to time travel with us today. If you go to my website today and leave me a voicemail, maybe it'll be you time traveling with us next time.
Barbara: Hey, Greg, this is Barbara. It was really fun to listen to your podcast. I'm so excited that you're doing this. Congratulations.
Logan: This is Logan Kuhn, son of Greg Kuhn. Very proud of my dad. I think that the podcast is amazing. The website looks great. All right, love you. Bye.
Victor: Hello. I'm Victor, and I just thought I'd anticipate. Thank you.
Until next time. I hope you spend your time giving your best effort to follow form and manifest a version of reality more in line with your true desires for it. And I look forward to spending more of our time together again real soon.
