[00:07] Greg Kuhn: Welcome to manifestobig stuff, your weekly intentional manifesting tune up where I share cutting edge techniques and tips that take full advantage of a new paradigm from quantum physics so that we can manifest our most important desires together. Today's episode is all about those quantum paradigms and why they matter so much to you. First, you'll learn all about Newtonian physics, how it changed the world, and set the stage for the new paradigms of quantum physics to be such lifechanging manifesting tools, I'll share what paradigms are in the first place, where they come from, and why they're so important to you. And you won't want to miss my review of five mind blowing new quantum paradigms and a manifesting technique I teach that utilizes each one of them. I'm Greg Kuhn, the law of attraction science guy, author of the life changing y quantum physicists book series and your host. This episode is a lot of fun, and I can't wait to share it with you. So let's get started. Not so long ago, I was a history teacher. I love history, and in fact, history is why I became interested in quantum physics in the first place. Today's episode is a really cool history lesson all about science. Prior to the first scientific revolution, scientists were not the people who explained how the universe worked. And they base what they shared about the universe on two things revelations and reflections. Instead of science, the explanations for how the universe worked were based on divine disclosure and then what people thought about it. The first scientific revolution, however, introduced observation into that equation. New people, not just philosophers and clergy, observed the material universe in order to understand how it works. And when they described what they learned, the world began to be introduced to science. You know the names. Copernicus, Galileo, kepler. They revealed a heliocentric solar system, the laws of planetary motion. Francis Bacon created an early scientific method, but it was Isaac Newton's principia, published in 1687, that truly ushered in the age of science, the first scientific revolution, which was nothing less than a new way to think about the universe. Newton's three laws of motion allowed the world to start developing a view that we would call scientific and created classical, or newtonian physics. The job of the Newtonian scientist was to learn the rules and laws of the entire material universe by doing three things observing it and measuring it, forming theories based on those observations and measurements, and then testing those theories using the scientific method. Newtonian scientists performed their job not only by isolating the data from its environment, but also by isolating themselves from what they were studying. A Newtonian scientist was completely detached from what they observed and studied. This is one source of the phrase viewing the world from an ivory tower. Newtonian science, or the first scientific revolution, changed everything. It was and still is an amazing success. It freed people from ignorance and from relying on superstitions. And among other things, it also allowed for the industrial revolution, modern medicine, modern technology, free enterprise economies, and for people to be seen as individuals with agency. Newtonian science allowed the universe to be explained so thoroughly and accurately, in fact, that toward the end of the 19th century, british physicist Lord Kelvin was known to advise his best students to avoid physics because he told them, all the interesting work has been done there. Newtonian science allowed humans to learn everything about how the universe worked so completely, in fact, that the rest of western civilization adopted the paradigms of Newtonian physics. Paradigms were first described by Thomas **** in his book the structure of scientific revolutions. **** what a cool name, by the way coined the term paradigm to describe a framework of assumptions that a scientist uses when they analyze data from an experiment. We use the term paradigm today to describe the reasons people do things the way they do them. A paradigm isn't your thoughts themselves. It is the foundation upon which your thinking rests. You won't be surprised by the paradigms of Newtonian physics. They permeate the western world. Five of the most important ones are one, cause and effect, where events, responses, and actions are all caused by the application of force upon a system. Two, determinism, in which events, responses, and actions are determined by unchanging laws of cause and effect. Three, the paradigm of reductionism, where a system can always be reduced to a few simple, separate parts. Four, mechanism, in which the simple, separate parts of a system have reliable, predictable behaviors or jobs and can be easily replaced. And five, the paradigm of the detached observer, where people are islands separate from all else and connected only by the forces acting upon them. Almost every component of the modern western world is predicated upon these Newtonian paradigms. Organizations, governments, economies, businesses, medicine, laws, schools are descriptions of human behavior and how we see ourselves are currently all derived from Newtonian paradigms. Newtonian science is hierarchical and mechanistic. Its rules are certain and rigid. With Newtonian science, everything can ultimately be reduced to its smallest component parts, and the behavior of any system can be predicted based upon how those component parts respond when force is applied to them. We can find these paradigms in virtually every facet of the modern western world. Freud's dark psyche and its influence over human behavior is one example. Another is Adam Smith's, selfinterest economics. Frederick Taylor's division of labor and focus on industrial efficiency is another example. Indeed, the western world's rise and growth into a flourishing modern industrial society took place on the back of these Newtonian paradigms. But the constant stream of success provided by Newtonian physics was abruptly interrupted. In 1887, the most famous failed experiment in history. It's called American physicists. Albert Mickelson and Edward Morley conducted an experiment to measure the speed at which the earth was traveling through space as it circled the sun. After four months of painstaking measurements using Newtonian physics, they had the necessary data, and the results showed the Earth was traveling at 0. Course, that couldn't be possible. So the entire scientific community was flipped on its head and sent back to the drawing board in search of a science that worked here. The result was Einstein's theory of relativity and a science that we now call quantum physics. Quantum physics is by far the most accurate and reliable science humans have created. It is a more accurate description of how the universe truly works than Newtonian physics. By orders of magnitude. Quantum physics gives us ever more revealing glimpses into ultimate reality. Quantum physics is also an incredibly bizarre science. It reveals an upside down universe radically different than the one described by Newtonian Physics. Quantum physics exposes reality as subjective and contextual, not predetermined. Quantum physics informs us of a universe of potential and probability, not certainty and predictability. Quantum physics shows us that reality is always experientially unique to each observer. That reality does not await your discovery, but rather is something that you alone create and experience. Quantum physics is so revolutionary, in fact, that we call it the second scientific revolution. And it has had and will continue to have an exponentially greater impact upon your world than the first scientific revolution because of how much more accurately it describes the way our universe works. A large part of that impact is coming as a result of the new paradigms quantum physics provides us. We are still in the initial stages of this second scientific revolution. And you get to be part of those cutting edge efforts right here. Let's acknowledge quantum physics does not explicitly state that you can intentionally manifest a version of reality that's more closely aligned with your true desires for it. I Explicitly State that. I state it because it's true. It's true that the paradigms from quantum physics can be used to intentionally manifest your desired version of reality? Every manifesting technique I use and teach arises from these new paradigms. They work. Because just as Quantum physics is A Much More Accurate description of How The Universe works than Newtonian physics, by far, so Are Quantum Paradigms much More accurate reasons to do things The Way You Do them. Quantum paradigms allow hyperaccurate peaks into ultimate reality. Or the quantum field. Let's discuss five new paradigms provided us by quantum physics. And I'll give you an example of a technique I teach that takes full advantage of each one. The first quantum paradigm that I teach you how to use is called a causality. For manifesting purposes. A causality replaces the Newtonian paradigm of cause and effect. We have this new quantum paradigm at our disposal to help us with our intentional, manifesting efforts. Because we now know that the behavior of energy and matter is random. No matter how much cause and effect looks to be in charge, it does not exist on a quantum level. One of my favorite manifesting techniques to take advantage of all causality is called Satisfy Yourself. You've heard me discuss this technique many times on manifest, the big stuff. Just like the rest of the techniques I'll be mentioning, satisfy Yourself takes advantage of the paradigm of our causality because by evaluating yourself on whether you're giving your best effort to follow form, your focus comes off of the results of your actions, lessening the pressure of even reasonable selfimposed expectations, which often prove to be setups. A second new paradigm from quantum physics that we learned to take advantage of here is indeterminism. For manifesting purposes, indeterminism replaces the Newtonian paradigm of determinism. We have this new paradigm at our disposal in our manifesting efforts because we now know that events don't need to have a cause. Not all things, actions and responses are the result of a force acting upon it, and not every force will create a corresponding response. One of the techniques that I teach that takes full advantage of indetermination is called Find Your Coach. When you use this technique, you're availing yourself of indeterminism because by creating positive accountability for yourself with someone trustworthy who has been there and done that, you immediately avail yourself of someone else's best ideas and success habits, and you take the pressure off your plans to move the needle in this area of your reality. A third paradigm of quantum physics we take advantage of here is nonlinearity. For manifesting purposes, non linearity replaces the Newtonian paradigm of reductionism. We have non linearity at our disposal because we now know that there is no straight line between dependent and independent variables of a system or a thing. Results which were previously thought to be dependent on the input or force aren't actually one of my favorite techniques. To take advantage of non linearity is a technique I call Satisfy Your Critics. Following this manifesting technique allows you to take advantage of nonlinearity because by meeting your critics reasonable and appropriate expectations, you flip the coin to its other side and create a counterintuitive path for manifesting a more pleasing version of reality. A fourth new paradigm from quantum physics you'll find here is holism. For manifesting purposes, holism replaces the Newtonian paradigm of mechanism. We can now utilize the paradigm of holism in our intentional manifesting because we know that the parts of a whole are so interdependent that they actually cannot be fully understood except in context with the whole. They are so interdependent that a whole is much more than the sum of its parts and often has emergent properties bearing witness to this, one of my favorite techniques to take advantage of holism is called Build Your Mount Rush. More of Manifesting. Building Your Mount Rushmore of Manifesting takes great advantage of holism because by selecting four primary ways that you will experience your desired version of reality and making each one just as important and no less important as the other three, you intentionally create a system with emergent properties. And a fifth new paradigm from quantum physics that you'll find here is called observer observed unity. For manifesting purposes, observer observed unity replaces the Newtonian paradigm of the detached observer. This amazingly powerful and important new paradigm is now available to us in our manifesting efforts because we now know that the observer is part of what they observe. Observer and observed can be thought of as simply two different perspectives of the same thing. Observation changes what is being observed and in fact, until observation occurs, all possibilities exist. Observation creates definitive timespace events in 3D timespace. One of the best techniques to take advantage of observer observed unity is the theme for manifest the big stuff scientifically manifest your desires. Scientifically manifesting your desires takes full advantage of observer observed unity because by using your material reality and your feelings as evidence of your current beliefs, ability or inability to manifest your desired version of reality, you reinforce your partnership with the quantum field. You reinforce that the two of you are one and the same and that each is responsible for manifesting 50% of your material reality. And now my quantum tip, a brief, powerful takeaway that you can employ right now. Like me, you have probably remembered a lost loved one during an important achievement in your life wishing that person were there with you so that they could be incredibly proud of you. That person is undoubtedly with you in that special moment in spirit and in spirit, that loved one is undoubtedly just as proud of you as they would have been in person. Just remember, under those circumstances to be incredibly proud of yourself because your loved one spirit wouldn't be there to be proud of you in spirit without you being there in the first place.
