Drawing upon his nearly 45 years in the dental field, Dr. Jones discusses how he handles patients who refuse x-rays, SRP, and other recommended treatments. His strategy involves drawing upon his entire team to help the patient understand and proceed with prevention and treatment. He also shares some little-known facts about Bethany.
