Sacred Women

and the Man Heal Thyself Wellness Warrior Assension ceremony. I had a wonderful experience. I didn't expect to experience the energy, the electricity and all the brotherly insistently love. I love when I'm around people who want to elevate and vibrate at a higher frequency and do better and transform and transcend their life. Don't make excuses, honor their ancestors, be simply because if it wasn't for their perseverance, we wouldn't be here today. If it wasn't for our ancestors and resilience,

we wouldn't be here today. And so we stand on the shoulders and the backs of the past. We stand on all the freedom fighters and revolutionaries and warriors who sacrifice their life so that we might have freedom today and liberty today. And so the electric was high, the energy was high, the people was illuminating, and I thought of no other subject matter to bring forth to my podcast.

To Malee's bookshelf was then to talk about the Sacred Woman, writes the passage, I'm also going to talk about the man here that self wellness warrior, but I'm gonna do that next week. This week is I'm gonna touch on sacred women. So I went around and I started interviewing some of the swim, which is sacred Women and hold on Sacred Women um in the making. There you go, sacred women in the making, and I got a chance to talk with them as well as some of the

uh sacred women who have already ascended. But it was just inspiring and the like, because mental health is real. Health issues in our community is real. And Queen of Four, who is the founder of Sacred Woman, has been doing this for decades and her whole mission is to heal

in our community and heal our nation. And she's done so with so many thousands and thousands of women, and she now is focusing also on the health and well being and wellness of the men by bringing the new writes a passage for man, Heal Thyself Wellness Warrior and that s Ladvice her Son's super Nova Slum. But you know I had them at the bookstore, we did a

book signing. But this is different. This is the Ascension Sarah Money, where people have went through a Toil Week course two change their lives, change their diet, change the way they look at you know, the world, change the way you know, they see themselves. Most importantly, this Toil Week program is transformative. The people who go through this are looking to change and be a better person and to elevate and and they use the word frequency, vibrate

at a higher frequency, a positive frequency. And so now after this twelve weeks they have an ascension ceremony, and after that the work is continues because life continues, and the strife and the difficulties of life that we have to deal with continues, So the process continues. Their journey continued us. And so you know, I went there to sell books and two, but I didn't expect to feel the energy and the love and the brotherhood and the sister and the royalty. Hey, I showed up and teach

my you know, my league books t shirts. But I had after a few days, I said, I can't show up like this. I gotta step my game up. You know, I'm amongst kings and queens and I'm amongst royalty. I'm gonna show up as a king. I'm gonna show up dressed to a presson. I'm gonna show up because they showed up. You know, smiling is contagious, and so is gratitude and love and you know peace. All of these

things are contagious. And the room was electric, and that's contagious because everyone there wanted two transcend, elevate, change their diet, you know, trauma, We have mental health, We have health issues, and we have planned in our communities. And this training is focusing on the wellness of our mind, our body,

and our spirit. And there are a lot of programs, there are a lot of people are yet trying to do the work, you know, but the work in our community, it is specific and you must know how to reach our be because everybody is a lock. But do you have to keep to unlock it? And that's a challenge. Queen of four Sacred Women, writes a passage man heill thyself. Wellness Warrior writes, a passage has a key. It might not help everybody, but it can help if you're the

right person, and it can change your life. It can give you by health, it can give you by wellness, it can give you back peace of mind. It can help save your marriage. That's what I witnessed. And people all over this nations and globally have went through this rights of passage training and have transcended, elevated and now vibrating at a high frequency. That's what I witnessed, and that's what I'm gonna do my podcast this week around

It's Sacred Women, writes a passage. Hi, greetings, greetings, my sister.

I wanted to stop you for a quick second just to get a few words about, you know, this whole experience as a swim I'm doing um this well, I'm taking this footage and I want to put an area on my podcast, moles bookshall bring the world together with on books, culture and community, and so I just wanted to, you know, talk to some of the pretendings here, people who are going to do the transition of the journey and the experience in the circle and the rights of passage,

and I just wanted you get your thoughts on this whole experience. My O. My first, you have to take a moment because it's a lot. It's a lot of this experience is life changing. Um is to see the men on their journey of heal thatself, to see the women on their sacred woman journey, It's just incredible. I've never witnessed anything like this Black African diaspora people, my people healing together and balance the men and the women is so powerful, so powerful, and I'm so grateful to witness.

But we're doing We're healing generations forward and mind you know. So this is planetary healing that we're doing. And I'm super honored to be a part of this that God has chosen me to be here. What you're doing with sharing literature, the books that have been taken from our schools for us to know our true history. It is our birth right to know the truth. So thank you for what you do. Thank you for you going through this as well. It just it just elevates your frequency

even higher. And I'm just honored to be on this journey, you know, holding space for you men. I mean, we need you, we need you. Thank you, give thanks, And you know, I've been overwhelmed by the experience being here. You know, I came in and like I said, I came in to show books, and I didn't necessarily know

what to expect. I've never been to an event like this with women and men a year and they talk about their personal experiences and how you know, they've been on this journey and how it has affected them and how they frequency in and just that vibrations have changed and been altered, and them just making the discipline and the sacrifices to just make a difference in their lives. And then there's not just stopped there. But I want to help other people, you know, want to help other people.

And I see that this is your time to ascend and talk about that decision is coming. It's divided, they happened yet, but it's coming. It's coming, it's coming, it's coming. I'm ready. I've been preparing for this, for a little game where I am ascending through good gateway shots, divine time and sacred time, knowing that it's time. I came here for a specific mission on this planet to Hell, and it is time. I've been. I'm coming out the

mud through through imposter syndrome. You know, the oppression and suppression that has been put on my family for generation. So I had to go against mom and Dad. I say, I gotta do this for us. Grandma, great grandma, great grandfather who came through on those ships on the plantation turned around. Now they're mayors of the same city where they came in as slaves. So I'm just doing my part to continue to bring us forward. It's just shot

is me honoring that it is divine time. Time. This life that we live is so precious and it's not a very long time. So it's what can you do to impact the culture, that community, our families, this nation. Use the time wisely. I don't want to come back and repeat this. I'm ready to ascend to another level. You know that most High has something else for me and the cosmos, I don't know, on another planet somewhere. So i want to get this right this time so

the next time I'm doing the same thing. I'm just I'm just a channel, a divine inland channel for the divine to work through me. And I'm honored, like I said, to be here in the flesh and spirit. I appreciate you sharing that experience with my audience on the Leaks Bookshew, you know, this has been a wonderful, eye opening experience, very touching, tear jerking. I could say the least, you know,

I see that. You know, you've got a strong sisterod here that loves you, know you, and loves the community and loves you know to to to make a juniorine difference, you know. And it's a lot of healing here and that and that which is important because we suffer from a lot of mental trauma in our communities and a lot of us don't know how to process those things. That has plagued us um and we just continuously perpetuated to to the next to our children, to the next generation.

And and we need to find, you know, the means to heal from that, to move forward from that as a community as a one. No, we have a lot of good individual rules, a lot of individuals should have elevated and been successful, but the reality is that who are we as individual without the community is to us that matters or if we don't move together, we don't move at on. And that's one of the biggest challenges

I'm not gonna say challenges. That's one of the biggest um missions for us as people to come together because we've been separated from the tribes. So it's now we're coming back to keep ourselves, bring the tribe together and as a community, we can do so much together to move ourselves forward that we can apart. So this is the beginning. I think Queen a Fool and Queen Esther, I knew to come in and back to divine time.

And because when they started this program I was born, I wasn't coming into this world, so I knew I had someone to help help me on this journey. So I get thanks to Queen of fool um Um. I will forever continue to expand her legacy and with with everything that I can, Queen Esther holding it down, holding us up, and then Mother Africa and Ghana preparing for us to start coming home. Yes, it's a global community. Sacred woman and man held us that we are a

global community here doing God's work heaven on Earth. We're creating heaven on earth on Earth. That is the mission Heaven on Earth. Love it. Thank you. I am blessed to be able to be sitting here with two beautiful, wonderful. Queen's sisters and UM my podcast believes books. You'll bringing the world together with books, culture and community. And this Sacred Woman is just blowing me away just being here. I came here to bring books, but I'm experiencing some electricity,

some high frequency, and the energy is just so overwhelmed me. So, my sister, I just want you to talk to him about your you know, testimony and your and witness and your journey. I'm gonna start with you, Okay. My name is Sacred Woman Into Making. I'm a Tula King UM. I'm originally from New York and live in Raleigh, North Carolina. I first encountered Queen Um back in the early two thousand's. UM.

I have friends who have gone through Sacred Woman. I've supported them, but I've always been around it, but never fully committed to doing it myself. And now, of course I moved out to New York and doing it virtually. But it's still powerful. UM. And I came to Sacred Woman because I knew it was time. I knew that, UM, there's just some how do I say this? You can't be a black person in this country and not have some healing to do, you know, so I knew it

was time to do it. I also come from a tradition of healers who didn't even know that they were healers, and I think that is what kind of expanded my mind, like, oh, my goodness of things like Queen of Fool and the Moots and Sacred Woman practitioners talk about My grandmother was talking about these things, you know. So it's like it was just confirmation of that knowledge that still lives through us.

And now it is our responsibility because I also come from a tradition of social justice activists to take this out into the community and to heal not just ourselves. You gotta start with yourself first, but then you move out and one by one you feel your family. You expand that circle. So that's what I've taken away from this. Well, moving on to the next with your own witnesses. So I am Sacred Woman in the making, Sherry Sessions. I live in Utica, New York, by way of Brooklyn, New York.

I am. I honestly tell you, I did not know much about Sacred One until I experienced ascension in the fall of two thousand twenty two, and it was mind blowing. It was mind blowing. It touched something so deep in my core that I knew that was exactly what I was missing. Um, I have been very spiritual my entire life. You know I'm onlling. Well, let me be clear. We all are spiritual in our own rights. We all have

a separate job to do in this society. And I've been you know, I experienced things that really shocked me. You know, Um, at this stage of the game, I shouldn't be shocked anymore. But spirit leads you. The universe, divine universe lead you places that you know and like you think that dropped your hold on Like I said for you, pick you, picking you all the next time, hold that you're won't muscle together a little bit tighter because I got something even bigger than the last one.

So now experiencing this journey, Um, you saying you send it already, know we send it tomorrow. Tomorrow. That's why we're still in the making. We can't. Yes, sacred woman in the making. Yes, sacred women practitioners in the making, which is the next step from being just a sacred woman to now being a sacred woman that is also now turning around and helping the swims that's coming through to make sure that they get all the guidance, all

the attention that's needed. Because the Queen is only one person, you know, and she has been doing this for a lifetime. Lifetime she deserves a minute. But you know what she just replicated, relic she does not multiplied, don't let up, don't live down. Program. This is This is not a program. This is a way of life. It is a way of life. It is a way. It's a methodology of how to walk in your power um and to teach

others to walk in their power because it's there. It may just be buried and may just be you know, we've forgotten who we are, and it is imperative of us to remember. Because when we remember and put ourselves together and we live in true balance with the earth, with true balance with our communities, this is you know, we can walk out our door and we see where the imbalance is. I mean, I grew up in the

South frox. I knew nothing, but I balance, you know. So, and so this journey is about mental, spiritual healing awareness. We are to remember our ancestors because they didn't die in vain. We did not just be birthed and okay, whatever happened yesteryear happened yesteryear. We are definitely too because they haven't left us. You know, people say, how could they be if we're here. So with that said, yes, we we we we don't bow down, but we definitely

don't forget. You know, we don't forget never because as kings and queens, we don't bow down, but we acknowledge and give light and give like that that that is the highest salute that you can give. Well, I know that, you know, I was here to sell books, but I feel its energy and high frequency. Right, you were here to sell books. See that was the entryway to pull you in and just show you something else that you're meant to do. You realize that this is more. It's more,

it is, it is, it is. Even my wife said the same thing. You know, it's it's it's a genuine system. It's a genuine brothers and you know, and and everybody is striving to be better, to do better, to elevate, you know, and mean perfection. This doesn't mean that we live perfect lives, because when we walk out of here with all that glow, we will meet our lives again and all the problems and all the interesting challenging relationships

of work situations, life situations. But hopefully with this we have another way of being that we can meet it with grace, we can meet it with power, and we can speak, you know, our troops and living our truth. That'll shame. You know, my grandmother used to saying, because she was born in nineteen twelve and her her grandmother was an enslaved African American, all right, so she remembers, and she said always we should not live in shape.

We did the best we knew how with what we had, and a lot of times we live with shame about that. And that's that's not where we need to stay. We need to reclaim who we are. The circumstances made us who we are. That's why I don't like to use the word slave. We weren't born slaves. We were put into the condition of slavery. And therefore the shackle of that on our minds and our being is taking us time to come out of that. And we should give grace to each other as we, on our separate paths,

figure out how to come out of that. To elevate elevation, elevation, So let me ask you this, what what? What is um? The importance of you know, because it's as I listen to me, they talk about getting up four o'clock and I'm assuming prayer. Uh so talk talk to me about from background on that. Okay, So the importance of it. If you don't know who you are and what you've come from, then how can you move forward on your journey because you are truly lost. So in kinting up

at four o'clock, it teaches us discipline. It also teaches humbleness.

It also redirects because in the hours of four to six I was always raised to say that's the bewitching hours only because the spirits are closest to their So now when you wake up in those hours and you are porn libation and you are doing your prayers and you're asking for forgiveness and also acknowledgement of where to go and how to go and what to do, and whatever problems you may have or challenges you may have, you know, spirit is closer to the earth and they're

right there with you to be able to answer the questions that we seek outside of ourselves. You know, we were not raised to think that we were one within ourselves. We're always raised to go there. We have to seek outside help. You know, No, we are a temper within ourselves, and when we begin to acknowledge that that is power within itself, it's within the sound. I know that a lot of times when I'm plagued with an issue, it is in the weed hours on the morning that the

answer to the problem comes. They say, sleep on it, on it, and by the time you bring away down, it's like, I think, how to answer. It could be a vision, it could be a tree, it could be like you're just like where that come from? And that's that is our divine reaching out to us. The divine wants to reach out to us. So I think they are preparing for the ascension for the men. But thank you, thank you, thank you, appreciate. So I have another sister here that I want to interview for my next EPI

sol Sacred Women. Um. So, my sister, tell me about your experience since you've been a part of this circle. Yes, um, greetings, My experience as since I've gotten here has been nothing but love and gratefulness. I am so grateful to CuNi Fool for being a part of the community. I'm well obviously for being a part of everything, because without her,

there would be no Sacred Women. But it is just amazing how she is able to instill interpersonal relationship with so many women at the same time, at the same time and her end yes each other. Yes, the connection is nothing that I've ever felt before. It is amazing and it's something that you truly have to experience on a one on one personal level. Absolutely, How has has

just transformed your life? Sacred Woman has transformed my life because it has resurrected me from a state of stagnation, a state of coming out of an old world and into a new world, to shift into the paradigm of being present, being alive in my own temple of my own body. It has transitioned myself personally, has transitioned my family with my children, my husband, and it has given me um life. I see, yes, you mentioned your husband, so um, is he part of the Wellness Warrior. He's

not a part of the Wellness Warriors quite yet. I am trying to get him to come. We have a business, so he had the state over there, but he has started reading The Manhill that Herself book, So that is the first step. And when I get home, there will be stuff too. So so he's seen the transformation. He's seen the changes in the elevation and of high frequency has taking place from this circle. And um, have you

ascended yet? I will be ascending this weekend on Sunday. Yes, I will be ascending in the Gateway of Vests, which I'm very excited because I'm always kind of scared to move forward. I've always kind of tended to procrastinate on things on life. And Um, yes, since a little girl, I kind of like forgot how to live my life enjoy and happiness. And the Gateway of best has transitioned me into that movement into living and enjoy, peace, love

and happiness. So it is different gateways and and can you explain that a little bit about the different gateways? So the different gateways are all a part of who a person is as a divine temple in my opinion, Um, it's, uh, do you select the gateway you're in or we selected towards the end which gateway we want to stand in, depending on how it touches our hearts. But the different gateways, it's kind of like, I mean, when you first registered this,

it's registering, registering into a program. But it's so much more than that. It's like you're registering into a way of life because the program changes all the gateways change your life in different directions, from sacred um food to sacred thought, to movement to just I mean, I don't

even have as many words to describe it. But there are twelve gateways and then we go through each gateway for twelve weeks, which makes sense because everyone has special attributes, and you know, we all vibrate differently, and so we all born to, you know, with different gifts, and so the gateway that you go into is basically too you know, highlight you know who and what you are, and to enhance your frequency. Yes, absolutely, it enhances the frequency that

you already have within yourself. Sometimes it lays dormant, but the gateways actually bring them back to fruition. So they were already they were already ours, we just didn't remember them. But the gateways help us to remember who we are, where we come from, and to take ownership and responsibility and accountability for the decisions that we've made in life, knowing that there's a tomorrow, there's always a new day,

there's always a new transition. A new beginning and that we are the captains of our own life and that you know, we can say alone to victory with all of the information that Queen of Food has provided us, that's amazing. Thank you for sharing that. I really appreciate that. I appreciate this weekend as many electric I've been invited to the Hoose Books at the Sacred Woman writes a passage and I've got a chance to experience some amazing electric high frequency. You know, the love is just I mean,

I could worst don't express the feeling. And I got a sister here. This been part of Sacred Woman, and I want to just interview with for you while I'm here. So, my sister, I just wanted to ask you what UM moved you to want to become part of this, this Shaker Woman. Well, I've been on a journey of UM a health of getting healthier and things of that nature. My first UM learned about UM one of the people that followed Quina Food with Chef I Key. I learned

about her at a conference. UM very interested in what she was doing. UM started doing her recipes and things of that nature, and just the thing she talked about like removing fire broids and all these things that women go through um that we don't even realize. And through her, I learned about Queen the Fool UM and so I started following Queen the four listening to the things that she was talking about as far as women getting healthier and the things that we just don't know, UM that

they don't share. UM in family, UM, in school and hospital UM. Just how to heal yourself on your own. So that's all the things you've learned in this journey has improved upon your health, your well being, and your spirit. It has UM. I actually was able to eliminate fibroids UM through her program UM. And so UM I am I'm able to Uh. I'm assuming I wasn't heard of before because I'm forty two and I never had a child. I actually got pregnant last year, but I had a miscarriage.

But the fact that I know I can conceive now um all thanks to Queen of Fua and and what she's doing. She's in terms of health and diet and meditation and infformation and taking long our baths for the morning. So in this journey Um of the rights of passage UM you ascended can you tell us a little bit about this and how it has changed your life. Yes, I've met some amazing women. I feel like I found

my tribe through this UM program. Because you it's hard to find people that are interested in the same things you are. But as soon as you find this these groups of ladies, you just click automatically, like you all have the same mindset and are just interested in the same things. And so it's just so either. It's almost like you knew them your whole life. It's just so easy. Um, that's what I think. You know, that's what I experienced. I see a real genuine sister brotherhood. You know, I

just wanted this sacred circle that you're part of. I really feel the connection, Like, wow, this is strong, and I feel like, you know, you got a strong sisterhood and whatever you need to you know, assistance in or guidance in that you had. You have a support system, and you also are trained to become a leader. I'm assumed, Yes I am. Um, Yes I'm not there yet, but um I continue to work through the The Sacred Woman book and the Gateways just to better myself and get

to that level. Yes, so well, I want to thank you for this opportunity to get some background on Sacred Woman. Um, after my experience some of the energy that was vibrating in the sessions, I said, I'm gonna do my podcast around this a Sacred Woman. Thank you. My book review for this episode, it's none other than the book Sacred Women, A Guide to Healing the Feminine Body, Mind, and Spirit by Queen of Four. The whole episode was about Sacred Women, so I need to do my book review on Sacred Women.

The book has been out for around twenty years. Is the twenty anniversary and this is malik Books number one selling book by Black female on health. This book has held houses of women across America and globally. The twelve week writes of Passage Sacred Woman Rights is sitting around this book. And this book has illuminated and healed and motivating, encourage and enlightened and elevated so many women. This book

is about healing the mind, body and spirit. Queen of Four teaches how to love, rejoice, and our bodies are spiritualizing words we speak, the food we eat, the relationships we attract, in the spaces we live and work in, and the transcendent woman's spirit we manifest with love, wisdom, and passion. Queen of Form guides women to accept their mission and mantle as Sacred Women and to heal themselves the generation of women in our families, and our communities

and our world. Sacred Women is a role map for women of today who want to change their lives and find the femininity and violence and power that they were born as healers to give to the world. Sacred Women wolves traditional African spiritual principles that were forgotten and stripped do to slavery and trauma, and reawakens this generation with lessons and principles and concepts that are transcending and elevating.
