Why is the shame part of the human experience? Have you ever been shamed or shamed someone? "Shame" as Brene Brown defines it "Intensely painful feeling or experience of believing that we are flawed and therefore unworthy of love and belonging.” What is the purpose of shame? Why does it even exist? In this episode, I share with you my perspective on "Shame".
