Free iHeart Radio. Maccusen is your first pre set. Taco is off today, so I go to a But that's just alone here in the studio here with me. So I feel, you know, like I have a companion for the next four and a half hours. So thanks for being here. Let's begin in Grand Rapids, Michigan for a second time. This has happened in police there, and I figured this is good public service to put out there
because I learned something here. If you have old Civil War or old war relics that you've acquired for whatever reason passed down to you, you've discovered, you know, I don't know, in a pilot old stuff Grandpa might have had a great grandpa and now it's yours and you
want to get rid of it. There's certain things you don't just throw away, and I guess one of those items would be Civil War eraic cannonballs, which this is a second incident now in Grand Rapids, so I guess there's quite a few of these things still floating around
up there. Someone through a Civil War eric cannonball into the recycling bin, and I guess that's a big no no. When when you need to get rid of that stuff, they say you should reach out to your local police and let them know you have it, and then they'll direct you as to what to do with that. I was thinking for someone that civil war Eric cannon aren't those just like solid iron balls? So I looked it up. I looked it up, and for the most part, they are.
But then there's also they did have some that they pack with with gunpowder and other shrapnel. So you know, the fear is that if this is one of those types, you know, you take that down to the old cycling joint, you can do the math of potential explosive situation. So yeah, be responsible with your you know, old cannonball and war memorabilia. If you're going to be disposing of it. If you have a question, you reach out to your local police. Uh,
let's go over to Minnesota. Minute Conesota Supreme Court this week overturned the conviction of a woman who exposed her breasts in a gas station parking lot back in twenty twenty one. Elisa Plancarti was charged with a misdemeanor after police there in Minnesota responded to the complaint about her walking around topless at the gas station. She had a trial the following year. The judge found the twenty eight
year old guilty of indecent exposure. The Minnesota Court of Appeals upheld her conviction last year, and now she took it to their state supreme court, in which they have overturned things. Now, the court that upheld this initially upheld this rule that miss Plancarte is an exhibitionist. She was not at a beach designated for nude bathing by people
who enjoy that sort of thing. She was not in a locker room or public lavatory with with strangers, you know, but rather out in the open, parading around, strolling across
the parking lot, which is why they upheld her conviction. However, in the supreme court deal, they went and cited that in the States, you know, reading of what laws she violated, the word ludeley is mentioned, and they argued that, yes, she was topless and was walking around the gas station parking lot topless, but was not doing anything in a lude manner. You knew, like, hey, look at these bouncing
them up. It worked, It worked. So you know, after her what now almost four year battle she's had, that misdemeanor taking off of her, is it worth it? I mean, look, if you were an exhibition listening here that sort of thing, do you really want to? Okay? Man? All right, so whatever works for you, and I need you to prepare yourself this and I want to warn you this will ruin your breakfast if you decide to go watch. And I shared the footage on our Facebook page to our
Facebook page. Female road rager just outside of Philadelphia this week. Her name is Christina Solamento. Sounds like this is one of these deals where she got into conflict with another female driver in which one cut the other off. It's not clear who cut who off, but it escalated quickly to where the two cars stopped. Words were exchanged, the word slut was used at one point, and then out of nowhere, a witness and well actually many witnesses saw
the unthinkable happen. Yeah. Yeah, you can't tell from just hearing that, but when you see the video that goes along with it, you'll understand. She the forty four year old, went over to the other woman's car, dropped troo and a deuce on the hood, and it wasn't neat and compact, I'll put it to you that way. Yes. She has now been charged with several things including and I think in this case, legitimate indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief,
and quote depositing waste on the highway. If you must see this. It's on our Jr Facebook page. You've been warned. Linchin Tago on demand dellady Iheartway. You'll ask going on
