Pain Reliever Meditation - What is it?
Episode description
This visualization is used to reduce and/or eliminate the pain any where in your body. You might have to do it a few times to completely get rid of the pain.
Keep in mind that each individual is unique and it is all on how much do you know how to relax and focus.
This is an effort that I believe can be beneficial for most of the people. Also, it depends how do you approach this Visual meditation.
- Keep an open mind
- Intend to feel better and reducing your discomfort and pain
- Don't attach yourself to anything during the exercise and just be with yourself
- Let go of anything that is stressing you
- Trust in yourself to achieve the results you want
You will and can do this. This is a go to, easy to do, short technique to lessen and at times eliminate the pain and/or discomfort.
Over the years of practicing medication free therapies and methods, I inculcated methods and practices into this amazing, short and potent Visual Meditation. This is my effort has formed into this meditation therapy. It has been influenced by multiple traditions, personal practices, and by the guidance of remarkable people who have contributed to the area of meditation - Muraqabah, mind sciences and positive psychology.
