QUESTION: How does one get out of sadness depression feeling low? For a person who is not clinically diagnosed yet?

Behaviors change our thinking and vice versa. This is the new research in psychology. What does your experience say? How can we get out of a paralyzing state or a state of mind when we feel down in the dumps? How to come out of it?

"Yeah when you're feeling down and it's consistent, but it's not been diagnosed clinically and that's not my field of expertise obviously, but personally I can say is that when I have felt down when I have felt sad or when I felt challenged or frustrated and stuck it helps to first of all have hope, and hope for me - comes from a lot of different things that comes from having perspective. And that perspective is usually one major factor that would help you have perspective was for me my religion and that idea of submitting to something outside of yourself."
