Conscious Parenting and Me - Why I do it?

Hello everyone,

I am sharing some brief thoughts on why conscious parenting is important to me. More on it will be coming in the weeks ahead.

Conscious Parenting is what I am a huge proponent of since more than two decades. I started to be aware and conscious of myself first and worked on my habits and patterns that needed to be amended and changed. 

My world just became so much challenging in the beginning. And that is when I learned more about myself and my parenting style. 

I till today receive feedback from my grown up children which I will be sharing through various formats. Hope you will like them and share your comments and feedback.
