Learning, Unlearning and Relearning

Things always change and that when it does we have to be ready to change with it as well. We learn and adapt to survive, to be better and to do better. Working to understand and make sense of the world around us will never stop so we have to continue the process of learning as we live because we owe to ourselves to live mindfully and with intention.
