Episode description

The applicability of the message within Buddhist Boot Camp to everyday life, regardless of spiritual or religious affiliation, or none at all. The invitation is for each of us to live in abundance through gratitude and kindness (toward ourselves and others). By understanding the way our mind works, we can learn to accept everything in the world as it is (and everyone), without needing to change a thing. Gratitude has a way of turning what we have into "enough", and that is luxury. That is being rich.

Timber Hawkeye, author of Buddhist Boot Camp, offers a secular, non-sectarian approach to being at peace with the world, both within and around us. His intention is to awaken, enlighten, enrich and inspire
