Today's Pep Talk takes a more serious turn because I'm discussing the death of my dad. I am the first to admit I've led a pretty charmed life and had not experienced grief like this until December 2020. I knew nothing about true grief. So I wanted to talk about it here on my podcast to normalize what it feels like to grieve a parent. No surprise that fitness and nutrition played a huge role!
