It's the secret ingredient in the recipe for happiness . I'd like to give you some practices that I have done that have helped me to foster self-love . One sensual journaling .
Sensual journaling by journaling in a sensual way . It allows me to reflect on my desires and my body's sensations and what ignites my passion . Another one is mindful indulgence . Savoring food isn't just about how it tastes . It should be an all-out experience . You can light candles , play soft music and truly , truly taste every single bite .
Treat yourself every now and again to your favorite delicacies and embrace the joy that they bring . Another practice is pampering and pleasure . Regular self-care isn't just about hygiene . It's about delighting in your body , experimenting with luxurious oils or scented candles and long baths .
Explore your body with gentleness and appreciation , allowing pleasure to guide your touch and , finally , embracing your body . Spend time admiring yourself in the mirror . Recognize and praise the parts of yourself that you find most beautiful . Dress in ways that make you feel sexy and empowered .
Dance to your favorite music , letting your body express itself fully and completely . Sometimes , loving ourselves isn't as easy as the practices I've laid out above , but any struggle that you may encounter just makes the victory even sweeter .
