Do you ever find yourself reacting to situations and feeling a little out of control afterward? That's what happens when we don't stop to think and give ourselves time to respond. It is OKAY to tell your kids or ANYONE that you need a moment to process so you can respond appropriately, however, how often are we actually doing that?!
I want to encourage you today friends, that you are doing well! It takes time to practice this and you will get there!!!
