Episode description

Have you ever had someone tell you, "You've changed" in a judgmental way?

Maybe they say, "You're different." Or, "You're not the person you used to be."

Sometimes people will have a negative reaction to your personal growth.

This can be hard because rather than be excited for you, they may instead pressure you to change back.

There's no reason for you to feel bad about your growth. Other people's reaction is none of your responsibility.

It's also not your responsibility to shrink down for someone else's comfort. Do not make yourself small for people who refuse to grow.

It is your birthright to grow, transform, and play full out.

When someone tells you that you've changed and judge you for it, this means you've stopped living your life their way.

So why is your transformation seen as a bad thing to some people, and how do you handle it?

In this episode, I share how to honor your growth even when others shame you for it.
