Ever ask your client a question and they struggle to come up with an answer?

It's normal for clients to respond with "I don't know", but that doesn't mean they actually don't have an answer.

It's important to not take an "I don't know" at face value. Usually, this means your client just needs a little bit of support accessing the answer.

Remember, if they don't know, nobody knows.
