Episode description

You do not need confidence before you start something new.

Our brains may trick us into thinking that before we get started, we should feel more confident.

For coaches, you may think, "I will be able to get clients WHEN I am more confident."

This is actually not true. You don't need confidence to move forward in life. WHAT you actually need is WILLINGNESS.

The willingness to get started. The willingness for things to be messy.

And, frankly, the willingness to suck at something before you become really good at it.

As long as you are WILLING to show up, explore, and say yes... your confidence will go up.

The more willing is to dive in, the faster your confidence will build.

Are you willing to start something even when you don't feel ready, prepared, and confident?

In this episode, we explore the difference between confidence and willingness.
