28 | ADHD With Irene Spelliscy

In this episode we ‘get into it’ with local psychologist Irene Spelliscy who’s worked in the mental health field for over 27 years. Irene specializes in psychoeducational assessments, post, traumatic, stress, disorder, assessment and treatment, and ADHD. She was recently a part of a documentary by a local filmmaker, Shiny Objects, that’s focussed on the Director of the Kelowna symphony, who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult during Covid. Irene also has a passion for singing on stage, and is known for her irreverent sense of humor. We loved talking to her about everything from ADHD, to divorce and musical theatre
