Alan Mills has spent 19 years in education as a teacher, deputy head teacher, headmaster, and finally headmaster. (2012-2018). Alan took retirement due to a nervous breakdown. He now works as a Mental Health Peer Team Leader
Today, he is happy and content. He knows that what he believes about himself is a lie and that he is a loving and loved person. Alan reminds himself saying, 'I love and like me for the first time in my life. He has written a new script and now lives the life that he deserves to live.
Alan's advice for somebody would be to stop and look at the truth of who you are today. He believes that you will find a good person waiting there to be discovered.
