Am I just the intro person now? Is that how this is going? I mean I think that's just natural like you, okay? So radio host I kind of panic a little bit like what do I say? Oh my God. Okay, hello and welcome to let it flow. Welcome back to the podcast, we are chaotic today, okay? All jokes aside. We have a very serious topic to cover okay and it is nothing girl syndrome. I just saw that she is a snack. Oh my God. Okay, okay.
We are talking about lucky girl syndrome because I'm seeing it everywhere on Tick-Tock all over Instagram. All over the social medias and I love it. I'm really here for it, it's awesome. It's the best trend to ER pick up like a mindset Trend. Let's make more of those please. Yeah, please. But there are some nuances to it and I really wanted us to talk about it because it has to do with our training and NLP how
the brain works. How energetics works the Law of Attraction manifestation it has to do with so much other stuff and I think there's a deeper conversation to be had around it. So we're going to share a little bit about what we know. Oh, and I guess what I'm seeing.
So, if I'm assuming, if you're listening to this podcast episode that you have heard of lucky girl syndrome or seen it if you haven't though, basically, there's a girl on Tick Tock that made a video and said that I am so lucky everything works out for me. I say this all day every day. I'm so lucky. Everything works out for me and everything. Does it all works out for me and manifestations just happened so quickly. This good shit happens. I get free coffee money, falls
in my lap. Lap like blah, blah blah, whatever else and has a lot to do with physical things. We can touch on that in a second but basically it's an affirmation that she says to herself and everything works out for her. And so other people have caught on to this trend and made their own videos of starting to say this affirmation and things are working out for them and you're like holy shit is this magic, how is this working? And kind of kind of not really people are retraining their
brain. With this, you're creating a new neural pathway, how freaking cool is that. Let's get sciency with this shit. So basically long story short this could be the end of the podcast episode but it's not when you are saying I'm so lucky everything works out for me and you're used to thinking like life is shitty God, this is awful. I hate this. You're in a cloud of negativity self-doubt, whatever else. And you start saying I'm so lucky everything works out for me.
That's like dropping a ray of sunshine into your cloudy brain and your mind is suddenly like wait I haven't ever thought this before and that's one walk across the path and then you say it again and it's a second walk across the path and then the more you say it the deeper that path gets and the pathway is created in your brain and so your mind starts to think I'm so lucky. Everything works out for me and starts to see the world in that way.
So basically your mind is starting to reframe the way that you see the world. The by saying I'm so lucky, everything works out for me and that affects how you see the things that happen to you. So the same thing could happen to you on two different days. Just think of when you're in a great mood, one day and somebody cuts you off in traffic. And then when you're in a shitty mood, one day and somebody cuts you off in traffic and how you respond to it.
Basically, your mind is seeing the same things for the most part happened, but they're seeing it in a more positive light. So that's one thing. About how this works. And then there's other things that attribute to why good things start happening. Then you're like, wait a minute. No, I got a free coffee at Starbucks, for no reason. And I'm like, yes, yes, you did. Why did that happen? And that has to do more. So, with energetics and matching.
The thing that you desire, and we learned about that through our training and through other group programs. We've been in held a group program that I hosted has that in it. So, yeah, also, Through. I'm been doing a lot of research and reading about yogic teachings, literally innate. This is an ancient yoga teachings from thousands of years ago like it's not new, it's just being used after a long time of being forgotten and
that's super exciting. Taking something thousands and thousands of years old and now making it trendy in 2023 Trend, and modern, trendy and daughter and all of this ancient wisdom. Basically, it's the law of attraction that people are focusing on. Yeah. So this is where there's a lot of nuance to it and I wanted us to talk about it because you can say I'm so lucky everything works out for me and the Law of Attraction. Good things come to you, that can happen.
But there's other things that are happening behind the scenes and there's like, 12 universal laws, you guys, it's not just the Law of Attraction. There's also the law of action, there's a lot of, like, matching, The energy of the thing you're calling in, it's not just saying everything works out for me and then everything starts working out for you. Because if you say I'm so lucky everything works out for me and your body gets like an icky feeling.
That is telling you, you don't believe a word that's coming out of your mouth. It's all bullshit and it's not true. You are resisting. What you're saying which is reinforcing the opposite of what you want to believe. So that is why affirmations need
to be realistic for you. For example, well, if you are trying to attract money and you say I'm a millionaire, I am so wealthy and your body is like, know the fuck you aren't, you literally have a negative balance and you're here, your body is like, you're a freaking liar that affirmation might not be good for you. It might be better to say like money is coming my way and just repeat something that casual
that it feels true. Like once you know that something feels true or has the possibility of being true. That might feel better than saying. I am a millionaire when you're straight up not in your body's like, no, you're not. So I'm so lucky. Everything works out for me. If it feels false in your body, you're reinforcing the opposite. So that's something to keep in mind and you can change that. You don't have to say.
I am so lucky. Everything works out for me, you can make it your own affirmation, like, good things are always coming my way or like, if that sounds better than everything, works out for me because maybe it's not everything, maybe you don't truly believe everything. So you say good things are coming my way, and that feels better use that shift it. So what you actually believe. So you need to believe the thing.
You're saying because that makes you a match to the thing that you're calling in. So I feel like money is just one of the most relatable things for people, so focusing on that. So if you're trying to call in money, so you're you're like, I am. I'm abundant money, is coming my way. Everything is working out for me, but you're operating as if you're poor broke no money and you're saying I can't. I can't afford that. Oh, gosh, must be nice to be rich.
Like I can't do that, and you're saying, like, whatever else, like rich people are assholes, like, whatever you have around that, that's like that icky more negative thoughts around money if you're still operating that way. But you're saying, I'm so lucky everything works out for me. I'm a millionaire. Abundance, is coming my way, but then you're going out in the world and saying, rich people are assholes like everything sucks. Like things are too expensive, inflation is ridiculous.
Like can you believe the price of eggs? Blah blah, whatever else, I literally Earlier yesterday. But if you're going out and saying that you're not matching, the person that is calling in a million dollars, you're acting the opposite and you need to think more of, how does that person behave? The person that has a million dollars. They're probably, they're generous their thankful, they believe that it's working out
for them. They understand that their trading, their money for things that make them happy for things that nourish their body. They're, they're exchanging their money for something of other value. Like, it's our, That's literally what it is. It has no has no pressure on their worth and who they are. And so if you're trying to call that in I'm so lucky. Everything works out for me, but you're behaving as though you're unlucky, everything sucks. The world is against you, it's
still not going to hit. It's not going to attract track in your life so you need to match the energy of what you're calling in. What's up? Yes. I just have a little tool for this is where I really love to use during Journaling. And it's funny I've actually been really feeling the need to get journaling again because as we evolved, you know, we go through stuff and we tend to like let for me.
I know I let things go and I feel like okay I'm complete with this and then oftentimes it comes back around and there's some of these little things that I feel are coming back around for me even with money and I don't know how many of you maybe have heard or read the artists way and she has an Credible exercise. And I actually just got the book out because I want to give correct verbiage and stuff.
She literally talks about it with affirmations so she suggest writing affirmations, but she kind of in a different way, says the same thing like when you write an affirmation, if you don't feel it often times, those thoughts can come up through being like oh this is bullshit. Like, whatever this isn't true,
whatever she calls those blurts. So So she suggests and I've done this before and it is so helpful because even with knowing realizing that like oh yeah, I'm saying these affirmations but I'm not living it. I'm not acting like it's still hard to understand why or what is coming up in that and these blurts are so amazing because you right I'm I everything comes to me, everything works out and then oh but like not everything
works out. Oh but this time it didn't work out oh this above LA and you also right. Down those blurts and you work with them and you can trace back so well by doing this, where those more challenging thought patterns or beliefs were born and then get to the root of them and work with them and come back out and start to really truly believe the affirmations that you are Desiring to use in your life. I love that. I love that. She calls them blurts to because
it's totally like that. It's like you say something in the mind. And the logic Minds like they did every babe. It's good. I like that to a lot. I haven't heard that one. I don't think you told me that one. Yeah, but that doesn't smell just when I do my journaling because I've gotten better at free writing, but sometimes I'm writing really positive. And then it's like - sentence and then it's a positive positive sentence - sentence.
But I joke that I've always had a coach in my head though. Just, yes, you have. Yeah, that's just kind of how I function. So, like an example I just That's because I think this is a very good place to start. Honestly, I mean, journaling is something that we all have access to, you don't have to go to somebody to journal, you know, do it in your notes app in your phone.
I do that all the time. So there's the one example he by doing these blurts found out this person, Paul is his name in the book and that his core negative belief, was that he was only kidding himself but he could write his Dream was to be a writer but he was self sabotaging the entire time and he worked through this and she says to change it into a positive affirmation. So just like I Paul have real
talent. I Paul trust and enjoy positive feedback because basically he got feedback that we want, that's a story. So he's she says goes on to say although such positive affirmations felt very uncomfortable at first, they rapidly allowed Paul the freedom to participate in. First public reading of his work when he was widely praised, he was able to accept the good response without discounting it and it was a fear that he had but it takes time but it's it's all possible.
It does take time and I thought that popped in my head about this I'm so lucky everything works out for me. Affirmation is that all of the videos I'm seeing about it really have to do with physical things. Like somebody manifested a free cup of coffee or they found $50 on the ground or little things like that, and that's how manifestation starts. And I've heard that from other coaches. Other manifestation, experts is manifesting the small things, and that's fun.
That's like the beginning of it before you start really getting into bringing the big things to life. And a lot of the things that maybe aren't physical as well. Like when you're, when you're manifesting in your matching, the energy of what you would like to receive, it has a lot to do with your Oceans more so than anything else. That's how you match it? When you think of? Yeah, I want even when you think I want that free Starbucks Coffee. How's that coffee?
Going to make you feel warm happy? Calm at peace. I don't know. Whatever coffee makes you feel. Okay, know that you can feel those things with or without the coffee because you obviously know what those feelings feel like, therefore you've experienced them before and you can feel that way with or without it. And once you feel it without doubt it, that's when it comes. So that can be very hard, very
hard. And I love that you mentioned that too because I was going to say, like, we can also manifest non-physical things like you can manifest Health in yourself and love and emotions and all of those things. Like I remember, I can't remember who it was. But she was selling her story about how she was trying to manifest all of these things, kind of like the It Girl stuff, you know? But realized like ways like I'm still like super unhealthy. I still don't feel good in
myself, I can. Yeah, I kind of get these things but it doesn't change the way I feel. And she started focusing on manifesting health, and joy and happiness. And then once she worked on that, all of those other things, came almost naturally. The more you put in the work on what really matters and focus on feeling happy regardless or and this is not to say that you want to be positive all the time or that bad emotions. Don't happen. It's nothing like that.
It's just becoming more in tune with your emotions and also being very real with yourself on. What do you actually want? So you want that new car? What's the real reason is Is it for your status? Is it for other people? Or is it because, like, what what's the reason why the car, why not a house, why not a boat, why the car be very specific about what that is because then you can match the feelings of the version of you that already
has the boat. Because if we're going to get into something that I think is really fun to play with timeline Theory of Everything, has already happened and everything is happening at. Once you already have the boat, You already have the car, you already have a million dollars and you can imagine that like play make-believe, just wanted for fuck's sake. We stop playing make-believe at like age 11 just because somebody tells us to sit in a desk and do a math problem on the board.
My stick be realistic or you know, what do you want to be when you grow up? Oh that doesn't make sense. Or what's that, you know? Like literally play make-believe like your life depends on it because it literally does if you Don't Envision what you want. The universe has no idea what you want because you don't know what you want. So what the fuck do you want? Like, what do you want? What do you want? What do you want?
Ryan Gosling love him. Oh man, but that matters so much because you just say I just want to live a happy successful wealthy life. Well what does that look like? Because wealth to me looks like traveling all over the world. I have Who don't want to travel at all, like they're just not interested, which I don't understand at all, but like the things there that all you for your life.
Yeah, that's for them. The things that you value in your life have completely different, definitions to your friends, your family, and maybe even your significant other, which is very important to get clear on what is success to them. What success to you, what is peace to them? What is peace to you? What's happiness, like what brings them Joy, what brings you Joy and it's just different for absolutely everybody.
It changes. Is it does change chances of go through phases, hmm, and it's okay. I feel like a lot of people, myself included, we can get in these cycles of feeling like stuck and almost sad because We have this thing and it was serving us so well and it felt so good. And then all the sudden, it's like, wait, this isn't what I, this isn't what it was, what happened. And there's nothing wrong with that. It's like, Nature's Way to be like, go go do more. Become more you and live, isn't
it crazy? How one thing that made you so happy? At one point now makes you so unhappy. The first thought I have is thing Of a family that buys a new house or like, it doesn't newly, married couple. They're so excited about the house, you know? Like this is great. We finally have our own place. This is like we're so happy. You remodel it. You make it yours. And then down the road, you have like two to four kids later and then they're like gosh, this house is so small.
It's cramped, I hate it. It's a nuisance like it needs to be remodeled again. Like I hate like the same object. The object has done nothing. The people have changed. Thanks, isn't that just crazy? Amazing. I think it's so cool and that's your sign that you're outgrowing. Here's your space. And also the thing that came to my mind with, I am so lucky. Everything works out for me. I was going to touch this earlier and then we got on a tangent Jacker, a lot. Shocker, imagine that.
But a lot of the videos I'm seeing focus on all of these good things that are happening, but I think that there is a deeper side to it. That's very important understand. Thing, I am so lucky. Everything works out for me, whether I see it as good or bad because you might think I'm interviewing for a job next week. For example, or this might come out after I already experienced that.
I don't know. But I'm going into this job interview and if I truly believe I am, so lucky everything works out for me if I get the job freaking fantastic. That's the next step for me. We're going to see what happens if I don't get the job. I am still so lucky, everything works out for me some horrible. It could have happened to me if I got that job. Who knows? It's the Universe part or something or something. Better is meant for you, but for something better.
Like there's there's so many different sides to it. But yeah. Or there's something better than it's like. Okay cool. What's next? And I think it's that mindset shift that takes you so much farther than just believing I'm so lucky. Everything works out for me and things are just going to be handed to you. That's not necessarily the case, most of the time. It's like shifting your mindset from the seemingly negative things that are not going the way you thought they should.
Going exactly the way the universe knows they should go and you just accepting that and knowing that it's working out for you. In some way that you're going to look back in the future and be like, thank God. I didn't get that job or thank God. I did get that job. Who knows? Like this is literally my only one if this topic that were just discussing right now is really speaking to somebody.
And, you know, you're really feeling like oh my God, yes, I feel this, but I don't really understand it. Go and buy By the surrender experiment by Michael singer. That is a beautiful example of when we put our personality which brings back to human design.
What we just talked about in the episode, we just recorded but when we put a personality aside and let go of our preferences that are logic, mind gets so over involved in that's when you trust so much that life is putting giving to you. Exactly what. Is meant for you to grow and evolve and become the highest version that you can be on this Earth. And I just, I love that book. It's a great, great, great. Great, great example. Of the power. I need to still need to get that
book. You talk about it all the time. So I think I need to add it to my Amazon cart right after this. Yeah, it's only like nine dollars you guys. It's like no, it'll really and it will be delivered to your door. Yeah. And it's a really quick easy. Read. I read it in like two days. Yeah, it's just incredible how much we have a vision of our lives and it's all, how do I
want to say this? You don't want to not have a vision, you can have a vision of what you would like, and the emotions are more important than the vision. Like, when I like I am successful, I feel this way. I get to help these people. This is impact. I'm having. This is what I'm I'm doing. I'm interested in these things. Things. You can have a vision, it's losing the attachment and that's where the surrender comes in, losing the attachment to that
vision. And that's why I love the thing I've Loved most about who, I can't remember what training we did. But anytime I have like a manifestation, or I'm calling in XYZ or better, because yes, usually, when you get the blinders on and you're like, my life needs to look like this in, and I need to do these things. And Have blinders on like you know, peripheral vision to see what opportunities are coming your way.
You're so fixated on this thing that you think needs to work out in this specific way, you're not seeing the other opportunities coming to you. That's like wait this is a shortcut and you're like no I'm taking the long road. I've committed to the Long Road. No shortcuts please no easy passes like new universes like okay you make your choice, do it. The hard way that the universe is sitting back just like, enjoying the show. Show and they're just like, I tried to help you.
So make it one way or the other. Yeah, exactly. Like all repair roads. All lead to the same place. Yeah, that's just my thought on I'm so lucky everything works out for me. It really does. And do it. I mean that kills the ego sometimes if you really believe that everything works out for you and your egos like you just got fired from your job. You crashed your car. What do you mean this isn't working out for me? Like hell no, I'm pissed off.
Like I deserve better but if you believe everything works out for you, I just think of I had, I had so much fun with this boy in Nashville thinking about it the other night. It seemed like we had so much fun and we got along. So well, and that and we talked like every single day for a month and a half and then all of a sudden he just like, stopped talking to me. When I was like, I was little, but heard about it. I was like, what the hell?
What's your problem, dude? Like, by what he's doing? Yeah. Like, didn't we have fun? Did I just make that up? And then I'm like, you know what, I'm so lucky everything works out for me. The universe was like, no girl, no, we're good. Cutting this off and I'm like, fine. Fine, there's a better person and that's really helped me. And I need to hold myself back sometimes, talking to friends, or family, or anybody I read into that, shares their issues
their problems. And the more I get into this, the more I feel like I'm attracting people that are they see me as somebody to talk to which is also my human design. Yeah, 5151 I do my best to have you Open conversation, because you got to understand, like what you're at, like, your feelings are valid, your emotions are valid. Maybe you don't feel lucky, and nothing is working out for you. That's how you feel and that's totally valid.
But once you get into this stuff, this work these affirmations, you read these like the you have these tools and you understand that everything is working out for you. I try to toss in gentle perspective shifts where I can't I don't I don't Sit with it. Yeah, we try to keep it gentle because it's also rude to sit with a friend and be like, just get the fuck over it. He wasn't for you. The universe, has a plan. There's another person down the road, like, that's not nice.
I try not to do that. Although in the gist of it, like that's the hardest version of it. Yeah. We just what's so much freaking pressure on ourselves so much pressure. And like any chance we get, this is a yogic teaching as well that the logic the logic. Your brain is always, always looking for something wrong in the past.
You can see this in yourself, you're having a wonderful day, and we can notice that there's a voice in our head being like, Oh, but like what if it starts to rain or like, what if, what if this, what if this happens? What did that happen tomorrow? No, I'm having a good day. It's okay.
And this is an example to of like when we allow the pressure that has been cooking on top of us for so long for entire life to release itself and kind of hair carefully with care and tenderness and all that be like Eco. It's okay. We're going to be okay. We're here together. Then it's just like, life becomes so much lighter because it's not meant to be so heavy
all the time. That's where the everything works out for me. Part comes in because we spend so much time in our heads thinking about all the ways that things might go wrong and stress, and have anxiety about the future. And most of the time, those things don't happen and you're just experiencing things going wrong. You're experiencing it and it's not even happening, you're predicting the future. And most of the time, things frickin work out. Most of the time, everything is fine.
Like the more you realize that or you sit in the moment and I do this every so often. When I'm feeling anxiety, or I'm feeling my mind spinning, I take deep breaths. And I'm like, where am I? What am I doing? Everything is fine right now. Okay, cool, none of this is happening. It's literally my mind making a A story and I'm predicting how I would feel if that happens and feeling it now, even though it might never happen, I think I've got I think we have all experienced more trauma in our
lives. Just from envisioning things that never even freaking happen to us. Oh my God, it starts, right? And I can't remember who was talking about this. Hell maybe I said it on a past episode But when you experience a trauma in your real life you're like no but it actually did happen, Okay? It happened. It's not the best thing but you're reliving it in your head. So actually it was in loving. What is that? Book is insane. I'm telling you, but she was talking.
This is by Byron Katie and she was talking to a man who something traumatic happened to him. And he's like, I don't know, like, that person was so horrible to me. And she's like that experience. Yes, was really not great. That was not good, not saying that you just need to get over it.
Absolutely not feel everything you're feeling but she's like, who is actually being mean to you in this situation because that person did it to you once and you're reliving it in your head for 50 years who's actually being mean. And he's like, I'm being mean to my Elf. I'm reliving it and reliving it on purpose, thinking of I should have said this, I should have done that. Well, you didn't, and it's not what happened.
And so when you're in your head and just reliving and like being mean to yourself, like you're traumatizing yourself just thinking of all the things, whether you're reliving, something that did happen. Like totally valid experience should be things happen. I've relived things in my head and been mean to myself. I also think that that has altered my story, I'm realizing that and sup break.
Um down some of the things I think about certain people that I've relived the fu- events I've had with that person has really changed my perception of them and I could completely cut out all the good stuff and I'm like whoa whoa, that's like a self admission but you're also thinking of the future of imaginary events so why not Envision?
I am so lucky. Everything works out for me and envisioned the good things like project that happiness and like relive that happiness, every single day rather than all of the ways, it might not happen. And that's manifestation you like men envisioning it, you're refining. It, you're like, all right. Sweet, that's happening. How do I get there? Sometimes I giggle to myself how easy it actually all is it really is like easy, like it is.
All the work that we really kind of have to do is stuff that we've gained on to, sorry. My dog is right here, hi. But it's all the things that we've gained through our life to this point. And we can choose right now in this present moment. To not gain any more things that aren't in alignment with who we are. And then, all we need to do is work through the karma. We've built up. We don't have to continue to create Karma. It's like so simple but it's also difficult, but it's so simple.
And for anyone listening who has a preconceived notion of what karma is because I did before I read a definition of it, I thought it was like someone gets what's coming to them or like someone did something bad, so something bad happens to them and it's not necessarily that karma is actually The universe putting obstacles on your path to alert you that you're heading in the wrong direction and getting you back on to Direction
the right path. So it's not like I don't know, I said something mean to the lady at the grocery store and then I get in a car accident. That's not Karma, ran necessarily like it's more. So like maybe you should have been nice to the lady at the grocery store, okay? But like thing after thing keeps happening like applications get rejected, you get in a car accident. You slip on ice. Like I don't know and everything
seems to be hitting the fan. That is more of a buildup of karma that's like, Dude. Like stop for a second. What are you doing? Yeah, check in with your life. What were you going? And so if you're saying I'm so lucky everything works out for me, but bad shit still happening to you. And everything's working out for you and it's literally telling you to like, hey, I want to help you. I want everything to work out for you, but you need to like, the do it.
Listen, listen to me. Listen to me. Linda Linda, listen, there's this girl, I follow on Instagram called. Her name is Sega. I will take her in the show notes.
Yeah, her name is Sega but it's spelled syg a and she makes Instagram reels about like, talking to her Spirit guides, or like her ego communicating with her ancestors or something and they're so freaking funny and it's always like the one I saw the other day was her meditating once and she's like, you told me everything was going to work out. You promised you promised everything in the Spirit guides like okay. Well did you cleanse your space? Did you meditate? Did you Journal?
Did you reflect? And she's like, You told me everything was just going to work out and they're like, okay well did you use the tools? And she's like, you told me, everything was just going to work out. Well, did you use the tools? Did you would listen, it's not funny. So funny because like your little traction lob action requires action. Like yeah. Oh man, torretta action and train wreck action action. What Darrell Lea we have to actually do things. You Can't just say I'm so lucky.
Everything works out for me, I'm a millionaire and then sit on the couch. Sometimes I wish but wish unless you're on the couch working, like doing something on your computer, that is true action toward what you want to do. And sometimes the best action we can take is to do nothing for a while and sit in silence and like really feel what is in alignment for me, like, what do I truly want? What is the best place for my energy to go? That's something I'm really learning how to do is to like
really truly take time. To be in my own self in my own space for myself but that is not all the time, that is a moment. Maybe maybe a week, maybe a month, maybe a year and then time comes for action and it's this fluid nice thing that I'm still learning how to be in fluidity with but I believe it to be true. I'm learning so much about receiving. I think I'm in the process. Of this lesson right now because I've spent so much time in the past year being a part of programs.
Getting certifications learning reading growing taking action steps to do things and it's really hard for me to sit back and just like maybe now is the time for me to just, you know, see where human design goes or see where coaching goes and not be learning something like maybe it's becoming an expert in something and like continuing to practice Actus because I'm so used to like, gaining new skills.
I think that comes from school and like you level up, you learn anything, you could take a new class and I'm still kind of in that Rhythm and like, I'm so lucky, everything works out for me. That also takes that sitting back. Like you said, Sometimes the best action is to do nothing and to take care of yourself and to just show up in the world and let it come to you. And Yeah, like you can't take something from the hands of the
universe. The universe is like, gives it to you, but you have to be willing to accept it. You have to catch it. Yeah. So I'm a headphone just fell out of my ear but I just wanted to say one of my last little Thanks, it's so funny to me that we say doing nothing. And in reality doing nothing, truly doing nothing. I don't mean sitting on your bed watching Netflix or even reading, like truly doing. Nothing is the most difficult thing without a doubt.
I'm saying it without a doubt for us as humans to do. And it's also the most invaluable thing we can do because we are constantly being inundated with so much. I mean, there's been things that six months ago, I thought were my fangs and I was wanting to attract them and manifest them and they weren't actually what I wanted. But, and in that time, and I've not spent enough of it, that's
been a huge lesson. In for me, in that little bit of time that I just took a moment, even just five deep breaths, not looking at anything that listening to anything, not being anything. It in those five breaths, I have gained so much Clarity more so than any journaling, any exercise, any personal growth tool silence is Invaluable. It's and so. So so powerful. But we but it's so hard. I know, part of my human design,
specifically, says silence. Like yeah, like the prime expression of it is, like, learning through silence. And I'm like, oh, why like, why do I take Sprout once throw, I throw a little temper tantrum. Why do I have to be designed? That way? That does happen. You'd look at your turn, you're like why it's kind of like the freaking Tick-Tock I saw were It's like the ancestors choosing the person to do the healing and the person's like I know you're not looking at me, right? Yeah.
Why am I the one designed like this funny? Long story short you are so lucky everything works out for you. We're you are here on this planet the fact that we even exist is freaking mind. Blowing crazy you're not to get existential but you don't even think about it like Would you be here to be unlucky? Why do we even need this statement to float around? What's crazy, is that naturally? You know this? If you talk to a kid, they're not going to say, I don't know.
Life is hard. I don't know if I can even get this. They're like, no, I'm gonna be a rocket scientist. I'm going to fly to the moon, they're like, it's gonna happen. They're so confident in it. Yeah they are so lucky. Everything works out for them and they truly believe it and at some point we lose it and now we need this affirmation which thank God.
It's a Around. I really do like this trend and I want more of them to happen, but hopefully, through this podcast, you understand a little bit of how it works for you, why it might not be working for you. The different things behind it that have to do with your brain with energy and also just some notes on life and we're surrendering like that's really what I'm so lucky. Everything works out for me is about it's that sitting back everything.
If everything works out you don't have to Us about how it's going to happen. No, not at all. That was good. Let's go tangent as a different topic. Yeah, I like it, man. We might not record for a little bit. Oh, and I have my sister's wedding coming up. Yeah, and the big events moving interviewing for a new job. There's a lot of change on my end. So next time, we record might need to do a little ketchup. Seriously. Lee. I have some stuff going to which I probably will talk about next
time. It's in the works. It's in the works. Both of us are in such an in-between floaty stage. It's like we had don't want to say too much, like I don't want to say where I'm interviewing. I don't want to say like what how things are going, but I just don't know. But I'm so lucky. Everything works out for me, it's all going to be great. Yes, I am so lucky. Everything works that repeat after us. I am so happy. I am so lucky everything. Everything work. It's out for me. Heck yeah, cool.
Okay, go get to see you next time.
