Episode description

Do you ever wonder why some people seem to love life and others seem to hate it? Your life is a personal journey of self-discovery. The beliefs you choose to pack for the trip determine your experience. As long as you continue to hold onto the beliefs that got you where you are, you’ll stay there. Nothing changes if nothing changes.

In this episode, we share ten beliefs we’ve chosen to integrate into our realities that are shifting the way we show up in the world and experience life–at the present moment. Beliefs are always shifting and realigning! Remember, life is an experiment, so take what resonates and leave what doesn’t!

Our mission here is to open up new pathways for you to consider.

Welcome back to another episode of the Let It Flow podcast. Wait, I am so excited for this episode. I believe this is our 10th episode. Actually use it freely and already. I know. And we are sharing 10 believes

that. We are accepting as our own at this moment that are changing our reality and allowing us to show up The world in the best way that we can and they've been helpful to us over the past year year-and-a-half and now, some of these I've had longer than others, but that's the cool thing about beliefs and values. And all of them, they can change, they can change and your relationship, your relationship

with them changes. There's a couple in here that I've had for quite a few years, but as I evolve and grow as a person I learned more about myself. It's amazing to see how different my relationship with these beliefs are like how I read into them or how I view the world through them. Let's kick it off right away partly I would love for you to go first. Okay well I think I just want to start. We've talked about it on here before.

This is almost like the backbone of some of my beliefs that have shifted my mindset about who I am as a person. What I'm here to do an Express and that Is there is no such thing as failure. Only feedback which we first heard. It said this way. I think I can say we because we both studied new linguistic programming and that's a presupposition resolves isshin. Yes, please deposition of an RPG is there's no such thing as failure, only fit feedback and to, I guess, describe this a bit

more is yes, we can. Quote fail things we can try and find out. Oops that doesn't work like that for me or oh that was maybe not the best thing for me. But what that really is is feedback to teach you more about yourself and the world and then again you gain so much from

those things. No, I absolutely agree with that one and it's helped me push through and try so many new things that I might have talked myself out of before because once you stop By identifying with failure and see it as learning and feedback that relationship, just changes so much between what you do and who you are because you choose to identify with it. So, the biggest reason people don't try things for fear of failure is because that they

feel, they are a failure when things don't work, when in reality, you just try things and you decide whether it's a failure or not. And that's also something to realize that there's some things that I've done That I've met be considered a failure like design school. There's so many projects that I absolutely hated, but then other classmates would complement it and be like, I loved what you did in this project, but I saw it as a failure. So, Phil use also subjective. It's so subjective.

And I also think that any person listening to, this could look back on their life and see times where they failed. But if you take a moment, to change your perspective on it, and really look inside the experience, It's probably we can all find that we learned and evolved the most through those things and reminding myself that all the time.

I mean I am a person who tries so may we both are we're both like kind of the dryers, the researchers kind of that we got that energy going on and I love trying things and at that same time everything I try. It's like we put an ultimatum on on our life or on our experiences. Like if this doesn't go Exactly how I plan it. Then I failed. And it's just so goofy, because how do we learn but not through trying, and seeing what happens.

I'm moving on to number 2 because each one of these could be an hour-long. Exactly. So, number two, everything is as it should be. I repeat this all the time to myself. Anytime, I wish things were different, or I find myself thinking that I should have done things differently. Currently reflecting on the past or thinking about the future and

feeling that anxiety. Creep in, I take a minute and reflect on this phrase because I truly believe that life is unfolding as it's supposed to and everything is in perfect timing. That one is really close to me and the one that I say, the most often, it brings me the most peace. It's so powerful. And it's a really beautiful Mantra, kind of to remind yourself to be in the present moment.

As well. I remember reading I think it was the artist way and she said, this line about when she was going through this big transform, a transformative process in her life. The one thing that kept her going was being in the present moment because in the present moment at any moment, everything's okay, because you're just here and it's the mind that gets all up in there and starts to worry and freak out, then we're like, I'm not, okay? But like you're here, it's okay.

Yeah. Yeah, that kind of runs into there's a few of these that go together in my mind, the everything is, as it should be. And then you said The Power of Now, like, literally the book. If you haven't read this book, you need to go by the power of now. It is incredible and I would recommend it to every human being on the planet. But I also wrote down be present as another one. And that really goes into everything is as it should be. And just accepting.

What is this is like a whole bundle of Things that all Loop together in my mind that I wrote down separately but I think they can all be referenced here. But everything is as it should be. And if your present and accept what is, there's nothing to be wanted. And anytime I'm feeling that anxiety, creep up, I bring myself back to the present. Personally, by really identifying what is happening? Like I am speaking into a microphone to Carly recording a podcast sitting in a chair.

Chair in my bedroom. Every thing is fine. I am safe. I am. Okay. And that's how I bring myself back. Yeah, and just connecting with like, what your physical body is doing. Is such a simple tool that we all have at every moment because we are all inside this body, okay? That section was kind of like, two, three, four, five, six, seven, but Carly. What is number three for you? Okay, number three, oh, I have so many too. But I think I want to go with is kind of a cliche thing that we

hear around everywhere. But I want to like, add to it a little bit that energy speaks so much louder than words. I don't know if this is like a belief or just like a way of being, I don't know, but I feel like the a lot of people speak about this in terms of interaction interactions with people. And you know, you can read that. I'm sure we can all remember time. I swear we've had a wonderful conversation with somebody.

It was really sweet really good but then we can walk away just feeling kind of like, mmm, my energy doesn't really Vibe with that person's energy, so that's an example. But I also want to talk about this in terms of like manifestation and just like creating your life and energy and in which you are doing these things speaks way, more loudly than any words, you're saying, or any journals things.

You're writing and that kind of goes in line with just like learning more about yourself and being just like, so, totally and completely honest with where you're at. Because the biggest thing I hear with manifestation is, well, I'm saying this, I'm doing all the things I'm doing it, doing doing doing it but either it's not coming or the wrong thing. Comes, the wrong thing comes to me and it's just an example of how Maybe that's not really for you.

You know. Maybe you're not ready for it or the exact perfect thing came to you. To allow you to grow and evolve even further. So in an LP, we learned that your body protects itself and your nervous system may or may not be able to handle that manifestation. For example, if you are used to having ten dollars in your bank account, let's make it really extreme. Ten dollars in your bank account. Count in your manifesting the

million. If you were to get that money handed to you, you would have no clue how to handle it. You wouldn't know what to do with it. Your body would freak out, your nervous system would go into shock, and that's for any type of manifestation. If it's out of the level that you really believe that you can have and you get it, that's why so many people win the lottery and completely blow all the money, because it's everything

they wished for. And then they don't believe that they deserve it or can have And then poof it's gone. Yo okay, number four, I think this is really important and I am more recently accepting this and it's something that I knew to be true but not something that I ever put into words. And I actually heard Samantha daily, say, it on a real the other day. And I was like, yes. I know this to be true, but I really need to start embodying it. And number four is the action

you resist. The most is the one that will Propel you to your next level and I freaking a man. And this one means a lot to me and kind of ties into that never failure always feedback because when you're afraid of failing or you're afraid of something that's in the future, like that may or may not happen in like, we resist it so much and usually that thing, you're scared of the most, is the step you need to

take. And so I've been experimenting with letting that lead me for Deciding where to live that has been something the past entire year and a half of travel. I've been thinking, where do I want to live? And when it comes down to it, I can choose anywhere. It doesn't really matter because what matters is who I am in the place, it doesn't matter the place. And my fear around that was feeling stuck in feeling like I'm being held back by whatever place I choose.

I was projecting that potential future onto any place. I looked Stat and so no. Place was good for me. And that made me really scared to move and so I would say that

I've probably been resisting. I've been actually, okay, dropping the probably I have been resisting choosing a place and moving for, at least the past six months before that everything was serving me. I was really happy in the place that I was at. I've been at home, thankful for the support of my family while I work on my business and figure out what I want to do. But I could have left earlier, and I felt that big resistance to making that decision.

And when I saw that real like, thank you, Sam for sharing that, because that day, I went and found an apartment and spontaneously decided that I'm moving back to Minneapolis, which is exciting. I haven't said that anywhere publicly yet my friends and family are starting to know and we're all like, oh my gosh, I didn't know and I was like, I didn't know either. ER because I've been resisting it for so long but I just know that this next chapter is going

to be great because I am resist. I was resisting it with all of my might and so that's where I know that the next phase is at and so letting that resistance lead you is so powerful. I'm completely completely agree. Which this also if we can move on to the next one. Yes. Have one to go with this number five. Number five, this has been Something that I am still reminding myself of every single moment of every single day, but that nobody especially, not me is ever stuck in a decision

forever. and I the amount of things that I have, Not even not done. Just like stayed on the fence you know and never made any decision. It's been because of this because I for some reason I think the way we're taught growing up to is like you have this path and you keep going on it and then you just, you know, you're on it for life. I was another thing I wrote down, as much as I wish sometimes sometimes that that could be me and I could be fulfilled by that.

I'm not but it's so Oh interesting because that has stopped me from moving forward, in many ways just as fear of making a choice in being stuck in it forever. And this also, okay with the continent that contradiction of like wishing I could have that wishing that could make me fulfilled and be that kind of simple.

Obviously everyone has their own challenges in their own unique ways, but that ship that one realization, that I there was a part of me that desired that and a part of me that was like, oh no, I don't want to be stuck in any choice ever that showed me so much about My inner contradictions as a human and we all have them. Some people, I think have them more than others. In fact, in my human design one of the biggest themes for my challenge is conflict.

So like inner conflict out of comp dealing with conflict, but that has kind of brought me to the biggest lesson that the inner contradictions in ourselves are the fight against our own knowing in are being like our natural just Just, we are who we are and we're here to do US versus conditioning and

what we're taught in society. I have started to really look into where I feel conflict in me and it's like, I know what's right for me. But the contradiction of that, that I'm feeling is literally all of those outside, voices, and conditioning, and society, and all the things that aren't me fighting against it and that has been a humongous realization, and I'm still working through so many Many things and we'll be working through these things throughout

our whole life on different levels. But that's been a really interesting thing. Number six, that goes with some of what you said in there. I said you are not your emotions or your thoughts and ever since I learned to see them as separate I have become a much more calm level-headed person to be around and Carly's laughing. She's known me for so long she's seen everything. Oh yes, I practice this every single day just acknowledging. What I'm feeling and separating myself from it.

I give the example of inside out, if you've seen that Disney movie, where every emotion is a different character inside of the person's head, it's literally like that. And when you can start living that way and see them as individual friends, like your anger is your friend, your jaw. See as your friend happiness, joy and peace.

Are your friends, and we see those as friends, but being able to see the more negative emotions as friends and take their messages rather than letting it affect your entire body. And nervous system has helped me so much. I used to be so socially anxious and I don't think most people would know that about me because I've always been the extroverted Party friend throughout school. And I always just had this future anxiety of what could possibly happen, and I was afraid of something.

I just never questioned it. And so I let my body get tensed up and I would feel nauseous and I would overthink, and I would spiral, I wouldn't sleep well, and now I'm able to almost have a direct conversation with the emotion or with the thought because usually they're tied together. You like you're thinking about something that's bringing up this emotion and yada yada. They're, they're tied together. and I'm able to think through it with a More Level head and be

like, is this true? Where am I making assumptions? Am I like what am I spiraling about? And just be able to take a more objective stance at it and release the emotion. And in 2023, I think I wrote one of my words down as peace and I just want my body to be as peaceful as possible because that's also better for my health overall. Yeah, this. So you are not your emotions or thoughts. That's what that one was and they are wonderful, wonderful tools. Yes, yes.

It reminds me not to get on to this tangent but I just finished the surrender experiment by Michael Singer. I believe a few weeks ago and Haze point of Awakening. Which I also loved reading about that because I think fool, this

could be a whole another thing. But I think a lot of the people we here, About and see and coaches talking about their Journey, their Awakening journey and where they gained all of their wisdom from has been through these like horrible like difficult challenging, sometimes like near-death experiences experiences where they've had to completely disintegrate their whole lives and start over which there's so much value in that not saying that, but I have had down about my own wisdom.

That's come through me because I have been so fortunate. It to have, we know relatively simple life, if I'm being honest. And I've been so fortunate with other things in my life and and so but sometimes we can get in our head about, like, why I haven't had something horrible happened to me. So like what do I have to give?

Which is a ridiculous thought, but he is Awakening experience, he was literally sitting on the couch was watching a commercial and all of a sudden he just noticed, whoa, there's a voice in my head, that's commenting about my preferences about this commercial. Like, whoa. What? What is that? I'm actually aware of this voice. This is what is separate from me and that was his Awakening and it brought him on this whole path of being like how the hell

do I shut this voice up? Which then changed also his perspective on that. But that was just it made me think of that because it's an example of how like you can literally observe your thoughts separate from you and that's freaking incredible. Okay, so number seven is kind of

also a branch off of that one. And it's pretty intense, not gonna lie, but it since it's changed the way I think of a lot of things and it's in so many yogic teachings and mindset and everything, you probably heard it before, but the fact that suffering is a choice pain is not pain, is something we go

through and it's not fun at all. But Suffering aspect in this sense is when you when we as humans get stuck in the story of what we experience as pain and we relive it and relive it and we don't, we don't do the work if you will to really heal from it, that is suffering. And I have realized so many times like even little things sometimes where I'm just like going on and on in my head and I'm spiraling and I'm like this

is a type of suffering. Like I am causing myself to suffer by allowing my my logical brain to not shut up about it and to keep just going and going and going. And it's really powerful to realize a huge amount of responsibility that you have to be really willing to take.

Yeah it is a lot of responsibility to take and our egos, don't like that because the ego likes to be the victim and in Reading loving what Is I will continue to bring up this book by Byron Katie and yet I am obsessed with it and she talks about this in her four questions that you asked. So a little bit about this book and how she goes about things,

it's judge your neighbor. Like the most horrible thoughts, you have about another person, write it down, ask her for questions, and then turn it around. And a lot of the people she talked to You had these horrible events happen to them, some of them physically horrible, some of them emotionally abusive, some of them, like just childhood trauma, some of them marriage disputes, like all across the board and a lot of the conversations got down to

when you turn it around. And this is not victim-blaming, this is turning it around to set yourself free. So, like Carly said, The more you play this event over in your head, you are abusing your Yourself, you are hurting yourself over and over the event only happened once. So in a way that event was kind to you it taught you something and you're being hurtful to yourself by playing this over and over and allowing that suffering to continue.

And once you can see the lesson in what happened, rather than playing it again, just to experience being the victim and experience that pain again. And again, and again, that allows you a whole new level of freedom. Okay. Number 8, the world is what you believe it to be. Oh yeah, this one is it just has to do with everything. Like I just think of the news and how much - news there is because negativity cells and

hate cells and fear cells. And so we're constantly surrounded by clickbait things that are negative and so therefore people believe the world too. B- they believe the world to be so dangerous and you have to be on guard all the time and I just don't choose to see the world that way, the world is what it is and you're giving yourself your own suffering by believing it should be anything other than what it is. And I choose to believe that

most people are kind. And in my experience, most people are kind if I believe that there is an ax-wielding murderer around every corner I am going to feel stressed out. I would not travel the way I did. I have family and friends that watched like Dateline and they watch murder shows and I just don't consume that content because I just I know that the world is what I believe it to be and it's going to be a reflection of the things that I consume in believe inside my head.

And so, if I choose to see danger, there will be danger, I will Attract it. That's manifestation that it's fine. And it's really and Everything spirals from there. Yeah, I basically wrote that to as like, our perspective is everything.

So right along with that and I just had a thought, come to me, we kind of talked about this, the Bia in our last episode about how you know we all know this by now I hope and if you don't here's news for you Instagram and social media, it's a highlight reel even even people like, you know, there's been more people that are really working to be more authentic and showing kind of the whole range of life.

But mostly it's the good stuff or even like, tailored bad stuff because or I was going to say, it can be a low light real. That's literally literally what the news is. That's literally what exactly all of that is. Like, we either have social media that we actually have command over as users of social media, and that's tends to be more positive in the sense. That like, you know, people usually are trying to spread good messages, maybe not.

Commenters. But let me know posting that also depends on how you use social media and if you are interacting with that - clickbait you're going to get more of it. That's actually a good like experiment. Go on your socials and do a skim right now how much of it makes me feel good and how much of it makes you feel like absolute shit?

Yeah, block unfollow mute those people, and fill your feed with lemon inspire you that we have fill it with love, fill it with people that prove to you that the world has kindness in it and I trust you your Will change, especially if you're spending so much time on it. Absolutely. But I guess like the point in, it depends to like, because there might be some people listening that have a lot of negative stuff come up in their feed.

I've take their mind as you have to, I actually been wanting to redo it again, but so I have a lot of positivity, my feet, which is amazing. But then, it's like an example of the Polar polarity of our life right now, because we can tailor that to be positive. And then anytime we get on the media, It's the exact opposite. So it's like, okay, wait, what? What's going on here, what's real? It. What's real is, what's outside your window and I you interact with the world.

I find myself doing that every once in awhile on purpose, if I'm scrolling on social media and I'm feeling like, I need to keep up with other people. If I'm on that positivity streak and I'm just not feeling great or if I'm seeing the news articles, and there's a lot of sadness and heaviness around. I take a minute to stop and physically look outside my window. And right now, I'm looking at a pasture where I Can See For Miles and absolutely nothing.

And I just physically, remind myself that what is happening on. These screens is not happening to me. It's not happening in my world and I choose to bring it into my world or not. Yeah, well that's a beautiful tool to actually like in a positive way really help people because if you can understand that like I am safe and I am secure and I am happy, you know. We can give so much better help to others that are in situations that are not good. Because if it's like, If we're

full of anxiety about life. And we go to try to help people who were like, truly living in, like a not good situation. Yes, you help in your actions. But like we said, before, energy speak so much louder than words and actions, so it can just be more, even more powerful for us to go and help people who are in situations, that are not ideal with this. Knowing that like, I am safe. I am whole, I Loved and be able to share that energy with people.

Then that is so powerful. Yeah, and there's a little subtopic to this one that I want to toss in there. So we're still on the world is what you believe it to be. But a little subtext there, what you consume matters.

So because we talked about social media a little bit there and I've just noticed that so much cutting out, certain things that I used to watch certain TV shows that I don't watch anymore because Is your mind your subconscious mind does not know what is real life and what is television, it doesn't make that

distinction. An example of that would be if you've ever seen a horror movie and you feel scared like somebody's getting chased and you feel like you're getting chased and you feel that panic and that stress, your body is creating those that reaction inside of you as if it's happening to you. And it holds onto that and then say, you have a nightmare about it later and you get stressed out in your sleep, like whatever you can. Woman really does affect you in that way.

And so that's just a scientific side note for anybody that is unaware of that, that your body reacts as if all of these things are happening to you. So if you are consuming that much negativity or watching the news, I'm not going to bring up any articles but just seeing the headlines any on any given day and you're absorbing that I always am blown away giving.

I have watched some of these movies and I'm like, damn that was a good movie but But the fact that we get so off on watching war movies, blows my mind like, we want horse to end, don't we? We want, we don't want people to die like that, right? Like why are we paying the big bucks to watch films? That are literally reproductions of war or like new created stories of War? I don't know. That's really side note, but like that. But what was my mind and what we

give attention to blows? Zup. And we create me just see the past two years, like the more media attention, everything got the worst, everything got when we're not even going to get into that. But it's proof that where attention goes, energy flows. I mean, sorry, this one section has probably five different thoughts and beliefs in it. So take what you will episode on this? Yeah. Okay, let's move on. Number 9. I have one as a complete different perfect.

Let's put it in our, we're both getting very passionate. They're like, oh my God, this is so funny to me because this is something I was really sharing. When I was full-on like I'm going to become a coach and it's still a message that's near and dear to my heart but it and it's been coaching me. Lately the past few months, but that is that I'm going to see my. But I mean, all of you are my creative ideas that come are not random.

Like, they come to me for a reason and all of your ideas and what you're drawn to your passions, your interest. They're not random and I really truly believe that especially with the state of the world. Like we we are so lucky to be

alive in the world today. I mean, there's a lot of A lot of shitty stuff going on, I'll give you that, but there's also a lot of incredible things happening that you can choose to focus on more enough, not totally ignore the bad because like that's not how we do things. We want to focus acknowledge and then work through. But when we have creative ideas, it's the universe.

Like, I truly believe that the Universe being like go Express, create your ideas are here because you and you alone can Ask them and create them like you and we're all here and we're all designed to do exactly what were meant to do. I have that written down. Yeah, another way you did. I said your bundle of interests and experiences is 100% unique to you and help you fulfill your purpose. And yes, that's not saying that you have one particular purpose. I'll say this over and over to that.

If we've learned anything through human design, it's that You do have a purpose on this Earth but it can manifest in many different ways. For example, if you are here to teach and guide that can look like many different types of jobs, you can teach and guide in many different ways on different

platforms and yeah. So there's not just one thing that you're searching for, and something that's caught like helped me gain, and it's currently coffee me, gain more, peace of mind and just like, okay, I trust where I'm going is even before that. That we can say, all of our purpose is the same in the sense that we are all here to express ourselves outwardly. That is the purpose.

So when we feel ourselves holding back or like, being scared to do something, out of fear of judgment, or fear of failure, or even fear of success, because I realized a lot of my fear is actually fear of success because and I'm like, oh shit curly you have to like take responsibility for your own life. All we have to do is follow what is within us and that sounds so cheesy and cliche but it's true. This kind of goes in with what you said, I'm like, sneaking all

these in here. Cuz I can't not share on say now I know, but it's been like ten AKA 30 mustn't, take it 10 plus 20 more, the world is your playground. This is something that has changed my perspective on life entirely, and traveling alone, and going to national parks and going on a hike and literally using the Earth as a player. Do something fun, something to explore, see what's around the

corner. And when you're on that life mission, to authentically, express yourself as we are all here to do our purpose and mission is to just experience life on this planet. And I am challenging myself to figure out how many different ways I can do that. How many different things can I do? What can I experience? And how can I share that with people? And I love hearing other people's stories too, but the world is Literally your playground and the world is your oyster.

The world is your oyster, but do you remember being little? And just thinking of all when I'm an adult and I don't have to ask my parents for permission, I'm gonna go do XYZ and being so excited about it. And then now we're what sitting in a house on a couch watching Netflix, letting other people live, the cool stories and that makes me physically heavy to even think about like we are Sitting there waiting for permission that we're not even asking though, I like form

ourselves. It's so it's so weird. Yeah, from ourselves from society, from our family, from our friends, which is so ironic, because when we were younger, the last thing we want is permission, we want to just go do whatever the hell we want to, no matter if we get in trouble or not and we just don't care. And then talking about my sister and she was so funny as a little kid because she would ask.

And then if the answer was No, she would do herself, she would do it anyway I need some more of that energy in my life. Yeah. So thinking with the mind of a seven-year-old can be helpful sometimes and especially have the knowledge of an adult because she got herself sent herself into some Tricky situations. I guess this is helpful for me when I'm facing a choice and my mind is getting all up in the details just to pull it back to does this sound fun? Yeah, well I enjoy this

experience. Yes or no. And going with it that was a tangent on that one. Yeah, it's a good one now. Carly's gonna share. Number 10. Okay, I think this will be a good one to kind of Tidy up and close the conversation. But this is something that's really spoke to me the last. And then within the last 6 months now, probably is the time to go. It Alone is done.

Like, I think for me, I can say I grew up And I picturing myself doing being like a badass bitch doing all the things being on my own doing my own thing and it's not that I can't do my own thing. I want to do my own thing but I realized like I don't also want to do it alone like it's time for us to all just come together and create these beautiful things that are all pieces of each other's expression. It's like all pieces of the puzzle and yeah just like we

are. Aren't meant to do it alone. When you start diving into, I want to say this work but the work is yourself. When you start expressing yourself and living more true to you. That impacts everyone around you and draws the community that is meant for you, that that will work. Best with you living out your authentic purpose. It just impacts everyone, it impacts the whole environment.

It's like the this solo work has to do with your own self study but like that is not even All the work because of what you just said. I'm just going to kind of say in a different way. It's like our willingness to study ourselves and then Express Our Truth within us outwardly. Gives permission for all the people around you to do the same. And I think that is one of the biggest gifts, we can give Humanity, which is a gift that you give yourself first, and then that just naturally

expresses itself outward. And I think that's, Beautiful. Mhm. And something to look out for that I've experienced. And then I've also through following other coaches and other people sharing their Journeys. I've seen that it's kind of a phase that you go through when you start diving into this and realizing your own potential and how great life can be that you want everyone else to feel it to you.

And you can feel weird, like you're like you're separate suddenly from your family or your friends. Are you suddenly can't relate on the same things or you're not commiserating like you used to and you want everyone else to just feel what you feel, but the more you work on yourself and keep to yourself and just show up in that way, the more impactful it will be on them instead of forcing, or trying to explain what you're doing, and how great it is, and why they

should do it too. Because I all happens in their own time and they will come ask you, it does, because it's like they see a change and that's So much more powerful than being told change. I mean, have you ever been told to do something? My instant, my initial instant reaction is like, okay no. But yeah I think another words to say what you just said to you is like I think this is a huge

conversation. I've had with many people but we can when were exposed to something so beautiful the truth of ourselves and you know that different perspective on the world and all that stuff are like any training that shows you like I've even been careful about human design because I freaking love it but I realize I can overwhelm somebody so quickly. That's kind of like spiritual

activism. Is super prevalent right now or like the preaching is or the like, yeah, I want to tell everybody about it and I've caught myself doing it so many times as I'm sure you have to Alexis, but it really is. Does the opposite it complete complete opposite of what we want? What we are in tension is, you know? And that's just something. Yeah, I like that. You said that because definitely something too. Watch out for mhm.

And if you've listened to this whole episode and heard the beliefs that we've shared, this does not mean that you have to take them, you get to decide what works for you. If you heard something we said and your body is buzzing with that. Hell yes. Like I understand this, this resonates with me that feeling. By all means take it. If we said something in your, you feel that contraction in your body and you're like, I

don't know. No, like really doesn't work for me. Go leave it, let it go, let it flow, throw it out the window. It might come back, you never know. Where am I now? What am I not your mind and you just need to do you? Yeah. But with anything in life, if it Vibes with you, take it, if it doesn't, leave it, it literally means nothing unless you make it mean something sure. No pressure. And if we're going to spiral, I also said you can't. Up. There's no such thing as coincidence.

Nothing is personal. You can do hard things and your voice matters and you're wet. Your voice matters. Oh, I heard something. Hey, I thought you said your boyfriend matters, like subconscious. Are you trying to tell me something? What do you mean? Why have I been ignoring you? I think I speak for both of us. When I say that human design has had a huge impact. We didn't bring up any beliefs or shifts in this about human design.

And because not everybody has accessed that yet, but you sure can. If you DM us, yeah, we would love to teach you about it. But I think I speak for both of us. When I say that learning to follow our human design strategy and authority and understanding the questions to ask are open centers and our chart have been so helpful, understanding the easiest and most fluid way for you to move through your life, with your Strategy and Authority

is game-changing. Hmm I feel so much more relaxed just knowing that I have a method for operating in life and every single decision I'm like I know what I'm going to do. I'm still figuring it out well also for me I am in the middle of decision right now that I'm like oh this is a good test 3 test maybe we'll talk about it on the next episode. We will because you have to decide.

Hmm. So everyone tune in for the next solo episode that we have in a couple weeks because their hangers Cliffhangers. Yeah, let's start leaving Cliffhangers about a real life, but if you enjoyed this episode, please as always give us a rating and review it really helps this podcast, get spread through the algorithm of technology to the people that maybe would like to hear it and grow as a community brings in more friends and yeah. The more the merrier. Here's another really awful.

Closing ending. Okay, thanks.
