Arun Pradhan describes himself as a curious geek who empowers people to learn, innovate and perform.  He shares his working practices generously via his website, speaking engagements and LinkedIn.  He sees blended learning journeys as a way to support and nudge the way we work and enable behaviour change – with a lot of this happening in the workflow.  In this episode he talks us through a framework for creating blended learning journeys, which works just as well in a fully virtual context as a mixed physical/virtual setting.
