Another Combination when using と+ 言う + Baseた + ら Combining all these different grammar points together. The great thing about this structure is that is you are beginning to understand how this construction works, that you are starting to grasp fluency and real Japanese sentence structure. と言えば is actually と+言う+B4+ば combined it is used to refer to something previously said.
In this episode we combine the particle compound of with the grammar point we learned at the end of last week. と言う + のは. The nice thing about this is that as long as you understand these two points they follow extremely logically. のは expresses an opinion or an explanation of a state or condition.
