Problem Solving

Here I analyze the following and how it pertains to being a leader and problem solving, because subordinates are going to come to you with problems, so how you handle that will define you as a leader.

1- Quote from Colin Powell “Leadership is solving problems. The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help or concluded you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership.”

2- The saying, "Come to me with a solution, not a problem."
